Outstanding!
What an amazing weekend! I cannot rate Orchid City and Spa highly enough. The service provided was outstanding. The team were easy to communicate with from the start and responded to any questions promptly. The weekend away in London was to the highest quality and everything from the accommodation to the activities was fantastic. Everyone in the group had a great time and complimented the package. I would recommend Orchid City and Spa to anyone that wants help to plan a high quality, stress free weekend break.

Ashley was amazing and everyone had a great time!!!
Ashley was so incredibly helpful and lovely with my requirements for the hen party.
Everyone had such a fantastic time and there were so many compliments to every aspect.

Lovely weekend away in London
We loved our hen weekend away in London thank you Ashley at orchid city and spa for arranging everything for us!
We stayed at leonardo royal hotel in tower bridge, breakfast was gorgeous and had use of the gym and spa facilities all weekend which worked well for us.
Our activities booked were brilliant especially the club booth at Piccadilly institute!
If your having a spa weekend I’d recommend booking treatments as early as possible as we found they booked up quickly.

Always very helpful and ready to answer any questions or problems that arose after booking. Planned a wonderful hen weekend in bristol for us and it was more than we could have imagined. Everything went so smoothly..all we had to do was turn up. Would definitely book a weekend with orchid city and spa again.

Thanks for the lovely feedback Karen. Glad you found our team helpful and the booking process easy. We have a team who work over the weekend for groups who are away. Unfortunately our sales team are not in to take bookings at weekends. We love to hear ideas from our feedback's so we are going to review opening on Saturdays and trial it over the next few weeks.
Orchid City and Spa - Amazing
Brilliant weekend organised by Orchid City and Spa. I contacted the company several times for information for my own peace of mind and I always received very prompt and informative responses. Absolutely amazing weekend, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend my sister who was the hen, she absolutely loved it so did all attendees. Would recommend this company to everyone !

I used Orchid City and Spa Ltd to help…
I used Orchid City and Spa Ltd to help organise my younger sister the best hen party I possibly could! To organise this for 13 people was a huge responsibility and quite stressful on my side but the organisation done by Orchid City and Spa to line up and book all our activities and hotel and preparation of agenda was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and the set up of the payment system made it so easy for the individuals to pay off the money as best for them over the months prior the Hen party.
I really recommend using this company it truly was a wonderful weekend and everyone is still buzzing.
