The product is has been very well designed, well thought out and very flexible so that it can be easily customised to fit your own operation. With a day to launch, I found a glitch in my stripe account… The ordering.co team work swiftly to get it accomplished… Couldn’t ask for a better partner!

Ordering app is very complete and full of features. We have been using it for more than 3 months without issues. Patricio our account manager is also very attentive to our needs and request and it is always available to help solve any issues. We couldn't be more thankful with the great customer service.

I was in contact with Ordering.co by about 4 months and the communication was excellent, sales team and tech department did a great job. Using third parties for POS integrations wasn't helpful and we didn't moved forward to get Ordering.co on board with my business but is still considered as a good solution.

I was interested to purchase the Ordering Platform for an online liquor store. In order to get to know the platform better and to understand the pricing I had several long calls with Patricio (sales representative). He was very professional throughout our communication period. He always took the time to explain me everything and answer all my questions in detail. I especially liked the fact, that he was beeing very transparant and showing me both the advantages and disadvantages of all the solutions. Furthermore, he was giving me precious advice on where to focus first on my project and what mistakes to avoid in the beginning.

The liquor store project is on hold for now, completely for my personal reasons. But if I were to resume the project, Patricio would be the first person I would contact.

Working with Ordering.com was a great pleasure for me. Even though we finally didn't use their super professional program and apps that offers so many features, and a great opinion for many sorts of businesses (the only reason why we didn't use their program is that we are only a little bakery that would not use most of the options - we only need a very simple app). I would personally wanted to thank Mr. Priyabrata, who was always very helpful and gave me so much of his time, patience with explanations, and creating videos. Also, he was always very responsible for my messages and questions. Mr. Priyabrata is a very polite and kind person and this company should be super happy and proud of having him on its team.

I state that I have not yet tried nor acquired the solutions proposed by Ordering but I was very happy with the technical assistance and commercial who informed me in detail about all the features of the system and possibilities for my project. From the first contact I noticed the professionalism and knowledge for adapt the product to my needs. The quote presented is clear and complete and contemplates all the possibility.
Thanks to Alonso Alvarez and to all the people of Ordering that through chat and video conferencing, they gave me all the information I had need.

We had a demo of the Ordering.co system with Patricio. He spent a lot of time answering all our questions and was very helpful. We signed up with Ordering but unfortunately our project has been put on hold due to some delays with the renovation. Patricio and Alonso refunded us immediately after our request.

Before I found Ordering, I was in contact with multiple companies trying to accomplish exactly what I needed in an ordering system. There is only a single company that had the software, resources, and knowledge to execute and meet the goals of my business and that is Ordering.Co. The out of the box solution is already unbelievable. On top of that, any single customization you need is possible so there is no way Ordering cannot provide exactly what you need. The level of attention you get from the reps and owners of this company is outstanding. They are also incredibly honest businessmen. One of the customizations that I needed was probably going to cost a pretty penny but I was told personally from the CEO to just hold off temporarily as I can receive what I needed free of charge because Ordering is already working on coming out with that feature. I have personal relationships and direct phone numbers with my rep and the heads of the company. Again, the level of individual attention is extremely impressive. I was looking for a delivery logistics service for my business and luckily Ordering came to hand.
I am super happy with the attention received and the level of commitment and response that you feel with the entire team through the multiple channels of communication that they have.

During my implementation process, I have gone through many members of the team and it is very difficult to find a complaint… from Patricio in the commercial part through the entire technical team with whom I have coincided. Luisana, Uriel, Arturo, Yair, etc… even their CEO Alonso are very rigorous and professional.

First of all the service and communication with ordering.co sales rep has been excellent. My sales rep Priyabrata was so quick to reply back with my pre sale and after sale query. I decided to change my plan and my sales rep made the process very simple.
Product features are very good too, I have done a lot of looking around and so far have not come across anything similar to this. I can also see they are adding new features to keep ahead with market demands.

Omg the manager at ordering are amazing….I brought the old version last year they were able to update my me to the new version free of charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
