eat-ezy and Ordering.co

eat-ezy has been with Ordering since Dec 2019. We have found them to be very helpful and courteous at all times.
In the last few weeks we upgraded to their new Web21 platform and have had nothing but good comments from our all our partners. Customers, businesses etc.
As usual Ordering representatives helped with the process and offered suggestions and hints. A very pleasant experience and a group we at eat-ezy would thoroughly recommend.

I recommend these people❤️ they are excellent at what they do. excellent tools. 10/10 support. quick response💪 ordering.co❤️ the best I've ever seen. I have had bad experiences with 2 companies that offer the same service and lost a lot of money. but I've been ordering for 2 years now and the experience has been phenomenal. They have met my expectations.

Good Software & Support

Good Software & Support. I switched to ordering about 8 months ago. I am very happy with the lifetime package and is saving me alot of time now it is setup!

The integration with Zapier is fantastic and saves me so much time each week in admin work.

The support for basic tickets is very fast and efficient. Sometimes difficult tickets can take longer to resolve. Priya does a fantastic job at keeping more infomed and coming up with real solutions. Luisana is also extremely helpful.

The React website and apps are nice to use. However I still believe there are a few bugs & features that need to be fixed to make the sofware 100% perfect however if you have some extra money to spend on custom work this should't be a problem.

I will be a loyal customer for life and looking forward to the new features that are going to be released.

Worst ever service and support from the company they take money and bully you.. CEO will bully you on the call saying no one has in this world like him and his product which is out dated which never works properly.. if you ask for help they will ask you to pay.. our 4600$ have gone without even have a product.. specially during the pandemic this is the utter waste company please dont even think of signing up with them.. Worst support, worst company, worst product.. i wish i had seen the reviews before signing up with them.. they say bigger client is working with them.. but i see only 1 or 2 who is working bcoz they are only white label product.. tech support has so much attitude.. dont waste your hard earned money with these people..

Mr Alonso needs to learn how to respect people.. he thinks he is the best in the market in terms of technology.. he takes money and bully people and even the Sales guy Mr Priya Barta one of worst person whom i have ever seen.. they took 6 months to make one business live.. even after 6months when you ask them about the update Mr alonso says if you find out some cheap software developer who will develop for you cheap stuff.. that means apart from Ordering.co no company does good software thats wat he means.. when we say we arent happy anyone they wont even revert you for refund.. our money is looted and 6 months time is wasted... dont even think of taking a software from them... they are literally waste.. i guess all the reviews are here waste.. genuine ones are very less you can see...

The number which i have given is right and have proof Mr Patricio have messaged me on whats app yesterday and he did asked me about the problem.. number email id and number are here (+18102894398) if required i can even add the screenshot here.. so this show how genuine ordering.co and their team in answering the problem.. please stop bulling and faking people with the name of solving a problem we have lost $4600 and specially during the pandemic and the team doest bother to even ask are we coming or not.

I dont Understand why Mr Alonso is flagged my review in trustpilot... if he is genuine he wont be doing this.. he is given me offer for refund over a video call where i denied and he is trying to play smart and bulling over a whatsapp.. I see Bad reviews as been flagged by mr alonso people can see live last two reviews.. its an alarming to users how they really bully..

I really dont understand today 1st of august, 2022 even today i dont get any response from the company.

In short, you tried to scam Ordering by requesting a refund after months of use and hundreds of orders with thousands of rupees in transactions.

Would use in future!

I trialled this product, but we were unable to use the third party payment processors available where I am based so had to cancel.

We got a full refund and should we manage to move forward with the project in future, we would look to use ordering.co as their technology and approach is cutting edge, it wasn't just right for us right now!

You want to get money? Ordering!

After looking for a modern and reliable Platform to create my delivery business, I have tried (and adopt) Ordering system.
This is the more powerful white-labeled platform I have met, my clients, businesses and drivers are happy! And so me also.
Only one word about their support : AWESOME!
The cherry on the cake : the price of the system is really attractive, so you can reach your zero point fast and easily.
