Any PDIs that may need some additional support with part 3, Nigel is your go to person. He explains things in a way they just click, You know what you need to do and change and how to do it. He's absolutely fantastic!!

I recently attended a fantastic workshop in Croydon presented by Nigel and Lynne. The session was highly interactive and extremely informative, catering well to both PDIs and ADIs. As a trainer myself, I found the content insightful and engaging. The venue was also excellent – a great setting for professional development. Highly recommended!

Nigel and Lynne are great at explaining how everything fits together and how you can craft a great lesson for your pupil.

Enjoyed the time with them, and benefitted a lot from their expertise. Recommend.

I recently attended a two day course held at the Old Mill Bolton on the 9th and 10th of June.

From start to finish the course was incredibly informative and well structured.

Day 1

Focused on theory which was delivered in a clear and engaging manner.
I gained a much deeper understanding of what is expected to become an ordit trainer and the content really helped to put the trainers role into perspective.

Day 2

Was dedicated to role play and this was a particular highlight.
It allowed us to put theory into practice in a supportive and constructive environment.

The expertise of both Lynne and Nigel - both of whom have years of experience training examiners and also training experienced examiners to become ADI
examiners.
This was evident throughout, the guidance and real world examples in role play scenarios brought the training to life

Over summary

It was an outstanding 2 days of development.
I would highly recommend this course as a must do on your list to any driving instructor who is thinking of training to become an ordit trainer

Recently, I attended a course as part of my personal Continuing Professional Development (CPD), where tutors Lynne and Nigel provided an outstanding experience filled with valuable insights. I would highly recommend this course to driving instructors who wish to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the driver training industry.

This was a well structured and delivered 2 day course in class and in car as well. All about how to deliver an ORDIT standard training session and hopefully pass the test once 1 can be obtained.
I cant recommend this course enough for anyone doing or interested in driving instructor training.

This was a great day's training, really explains what the 17 competence are and how to perform them not just for tests but for every lesson.

Incredibly I managed to pass my PART3 ADI drivers instructor's test today - 20 May 2025.

Put quite simply this pass would not have been possible without Nigel and Lynne's first class coaching, insight and experience.

From start to finish both Nigel and Lynne were really approachable and always on hand to offer their wisdom and guidance on anything and everything to do with passing the PART3 test.

I attended one of Nigel and Lynne's courses in Bolton. What an eye opener it was. With only 3 weeks to my part 3, I realised how much work I had to do. They are both fantastic in what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and very clever at breaking things down to make it more understandable. I was lucky enough to have a couple of 1 to 1 sessions with Nigel after the course.
