I learned a lot at the Standards Check Workshop. The workshop was excellently presented and delivered by Lynne and Nigel, both previously DVSA examiners. I feel better equiped to deliver my driving lessons to my clients and therefore confident about my next standards check.

Clear explanation on the concept and details on lesson planning

The courses had complete contents for the tests of Part3 and the ADI standards check. It was well presented, encouraging to ask questions to make attendees have full understanding. The presenters were friendly. I really enjoyed this workshop training.

This workshop was invaluable to me. The way the information was presented was great, Nigel and Lynne really know their stuff and how to get that across to others. I feel more confident going into taking my part 3 thanks to Nigel and Lynne. Thanks you are both fantastic trainers.

Words can barely sum up the amount of gratitude I have for Lynne and Nigel. I have attended one of their workshops in Bolton last November about how to pass a part 3 test.

I've failed my first 2 tries and coming up a 3rd and final one, I took a leap of faith and decided to go. The workshop was in Bolton, I live in Newport Wales. Drove 4h each way, took 3 days off as I didn't want to travel either before or after and I can say now that it was hands down 100% WORTH IT.

I passed my part 3 yesterday and gotta say I doubt I would've made it without the learning I got from Lynne and Nigel.

My initial hopes were that by attending I'll be able to understand a little better how and when to adapt a lesson during the part 3. But I got so much more out of it! Not only that, I was able to clearly understand the reasons I failed my first 2 attempts, what I could've done to rescue myself and what I need to do to further develop. All that plus concrete practical skills and methods that I have adapted in my everyday lessons and ALL my pupils are enjoying them.

Their method of delivering the training was such a treat, I found myself chuckling or bursting out loud with laughter. Mixing in personal humour with the wealth of knowledge in the course made the time fly by and could only tell the end of it was coming by the dark outside from the windows!

I have already recommended them to all my fellow instructors and will continue to as this was a truly invaluable. Both for PDIs and ADIs alike.

Cannot wait to meet you again at another one of your workshops!

Without Nigels help, I would never have passed my part 3. There is so much Incorrect information out there and Nigel really helped me make sense of everything.
I had a negative training experience with many previous trainers and I was ready to throw in the towel, I'm so grateful I found Nigel before giving up.
The workshop that they both do is also incredibly helpful and informative.

In a sea of misinformation and poor training, Ordit Standards 51/51 was the lighthouse we should all be looking for.

The training was well delivered and put together, Nigel and Lynne adapted the training to meet the individual needs of everyone in the room.

The training has helped to clarify and fill in the gaps in my own knowledge. I have been with several other trainers who all failed to point out the obvious and give the value for money training that these guys do.

I highly recommend these guys.

Lynne & Nigel gave a fantastic insight into exactly what it takes to achieve a good grade at a part 3 or Standards check. Their knowledge and experience at DVSA makes them experts at exactly what an examiner is looking for - Non of the unnecessary rubbish that many trainers baffle you with !! I've been on several other similar CPD days with likes of ADINJC & these two trainers gave me more tools and great info than all the other courses put together - Fantastic!!

After a recent unsuccessful attempt at my ADI part 3 test I got in touch with Nigel and i can honestly say I am very pleased with the training i received from him. From not being sure on how the competencies linked to being in a more stable position on how to deliver a lesson it was all down to Nigel’s advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of taking up ADI training

Very professional approach towards you. Explains in the simplicity way to make u understand. For your part3 or standards check tests. I highly recommend Lynne and Nigel.

Lynne is by far THE best ADI/PDI trainer out there. Her wealth of knowledge is extensive and she still hasn’t ever not been able to answer a question that I throw at her - believe me I’ve tried to catch her out!!
I got through my Part 3 with her on my first attempt with a strong A grade - I couldn’t have done it without her. Look no further than Lynne!

I really enjoyed the course as it was super informative and made me understand the fundamentals of becoming a ADI.
It really showed me different ways to assess the competencies that are required to help pass your part 3 to becoming a driving instructor.
Would highly recommend this course if you want to understand the building blocks to becoming a better ADI.

I want to start by saying a big Thank you to Lynne for my training day. Lynne was warm, welcoming and put everyone in the room at ease. I realy enjoyed hey style of teaching relaxed but informative. She gave examples and scenarios all the way through to help understand the learning. I will definitely be taking more training with Lynne and feel more prepared for my next SC. Thank you again Lynne

Excellent workshop conducted by Lynne Fitzpatrick in Bolton. It was very helpful and I’ve learnt so much from the lesson.

I took so much away from this session with Lynne. The course really helped me to understand what exactly it is the examiners are looking for on part 3 and standard checks. Lynnes delivery was excellent and the material is very useful to take away. 100 percent recommend Lynne if you want to continue to develop as an ADI or PDI.

Fantastic day. Really informative course, giving practical examples to help us understand the key elements and success criteria of the standards tests. Fabulous, engaging presentation throughout. Brilliant takeaways that you can start to use immediately to improve your teaching.

When I was looking to improve my training and teaching methods I did some research looking for a reliable and qualified trainer, there were plenty to go for but once I found Lynne and looked at her experience and resumé, the looking stopped, as I knew I had found the best, then after talking and meeting with her, that was it.
This lady is quite simply the best there is! She is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about anything driver training related and so easy to work with and learn from. Her teaching style was suited and tailored to my needs and requirements with nothing too much trouble for her.
My CPD training was so beneficial and helpful and I can’t wait to meet up with her again in the near future to continue with my development learning all I can from her. I would definitely have failed my standards check if it wasn’t for Lynne’s help. Her experience in this subject and teaching is the best there is anywhere. There is simply no one else out there who can compare with her. If you are looking for the best help to progress, look no further.
