Oregon Beach Vacations Reviews 

This was at least our eighth time staying here. We already are booked for a return in December. These Condos allow you to move in and relax for your entire stay. The Full Kitchen lets you dine while watching the Sun Set in Siletz Bay. And its right next to HWY 101 Burger with a Grocery just a block away. Don't think twice just Book It!

Very cute house with lots of extras for the little ones in a very nice area. Downstairs living space is a bit tight for 8 people. The house was not exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds & linens were not the best quality. The popcorn popper did not work. Carpet in living area downstairs needs repair. Tacks kept poking my foot on transition piece where carpet meets the tile.

House was clean, close to the beach and everything was in working order. Our group of women were very pleased and had a very comfortable 3 day stay.

We loved the cottage and would like to stay there again - cottage was very clean and kitchen was fully furnished. A larger couch would be nice

Had a very easy time booking my vacation rental through Oregon Beach Vacations. The selection of properties up and down the Oregon Coastline was excellent. Great price ranges too so it's easy to find just what you need. We loved our townhouse we rented on Agate Beach in Newport. It was beautiful, cozy, clean, and close to all the great restaurants, beaches, shops, etc. Only downside was the 30 day cancellation notice. Thankfully we didn't need to cancel last minute, but with kids and owning a business, it would've been nice to have a shorter period of time to cancel without losing any money. They should change it to 7 days instead of 30.

Good company to work with but the rental was atrocious. The company should check out rentals before they include them on their listings.

We had a great vacation and Oregon Beach Vacations was a great company to work with. We had no troubles whatsoever!

We had a wonderful time here. If I am up that way again I would pick this place to stay again. The house was clean and quiet.

Condo 312 looks exactly as the photos show. It was immaculate and well furnished. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time there very much and would certainly not hesitate to rent again. Our only complaint would have to be that, although it was cool outside, it was too warm inside and we had to leave the slider open a little to cool it down. Also, the directions for connecting to the WiFi need to be updated.

We had a great time at the house. There were some quirks with the house but we figured it out. The hot tub kept shutting off and then would turn back on....it worked out and was hot the entire time. The location is amazing!

We had a very small family reunion (3 people) at the house. The house was in a perfect location and beautifully decorated. I am pretty sure the three of us will be back next year!

Beautiful condo in Seaside. Few hitches with the emails received from the management company. Received directions to enter the condo via an email that instructed us to use the keypad on the door. Wake up the keypad enter * then the # then * again. That did not work, and the actual entry to the condo was via a lock box on the side of the condo not the actual keypad, so that was somewhat annoying had to keep calling the number for assistance. In addition there was a chirping fire alarm, it didn't seem like it was coming from the condo itself, but from possibly the neighboring condo. Other than that the condo is very clean and beautiful decorated, convenient location.

It was perfect for a gathering and the fact that they except dogs was awesome we will be returning for sure.

The house itself was nice and the views great. It does not mention it is a three story house which we were not expecting. There were stains on the bed sheets and a few things were broken. The toilet hinge in the master bedroom was broken and the top part of most outlets did not work either. The carpet and walls were stained/dirty. We did love the location and kitchen but that was about it. Would not rent again.

I have used Vacasa for several years to book my Oregon coast vacations and they have simply gotten too big for their britches....no customer service anymore, high rates and fees and all money paid up front. Oregon Beach Vacations had a smaller selection of places to choose from, but they took 1/2 payment down and the remaining 30 days before your travel date. Website was easy to use and directions to the unit came on time and were comprehensive. I hope they prosper and I will use them again over using Vacasa.

5 old friends met at Michealsbeachplace , where we cooked, drank some wine and got to know each other again. The house was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The kitchen and living room were open and perfect, especially when we opened the sliding glass door and brought that sea air in! It was a perfect get away!

Property was beautiful and added to our absolute perfect vacation. Would highly recommend it and gladly stay again.

We came to Canon Beach for our daughters wedding and needed a home for a small part of the brides family and for the bride to dress. The location to town and Ecola State Park was perfect and the house was just what we were looking for in a location. The porch was gorgeous for pictures. We loved the crooked floors, large baseboards and open feel of an older home. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, really everything you could need and the same with the bathroom. Plenty of everything. It was easy to rent and we were extremely satisfied.

We had a very relaxing time in this great one bedroom condo. Nice furniture, huge flat screen TV. We would stay there again.
