Problem at pick-up point
Pleased with the product but there was a problem at the Pick-up point. The shop owner said she nearly rejected the parcel when it was delivered by a Royal Mail driver as her shop didn't accept deliveries from them.
Also, I don't recall having an email to advise me that the parcel was ready for collection.

Great company.
I’ve used this company a few times now, they have a lightening speed delivery system, and always helpful. Just one thing that’s a niggle, the magnesium plus calcium has a very short expiry date, I’m not very happy with that, I think I should have been asked if I could use it in this short window, maybe even a discount?
Update; I have been in contact with Organic Bargains and they have fixed this issue with a discount.
I regret not actually contacting them in the first place, they’ve been great, excellent comms, they have resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
I have absolutely no problem in recommending them wholeheartedly.
As I have already said, they’re a great company, you can order with full confidence.
