Not an AC at all. You have to pour water in this very small unit and it doesn't last even one hour. It doesn't cool out a small room, is only for your personal space, but just a regular fan would do better for much less money, it's over priced. I ordered green and I received white.
I've been trying to reach the company to return the product for the last 3 days, there is no way to contact anyone, same by email. It seems to be a complete scam.
UP-Date: I could finally got in contact with a customer service rep and could be able to return the product, the e-mail says it will take about 14 days to have the refund credited.

Noisy and does not cool anymore than a small fan. I have asked if I can return the ones I haven’t opened.

It is a con - selected 3 items and requested to pay by paypal and somehow was charged for 6 with extra warranties on 3 of them and when I clicked straight on the live chat I got an automated response and the same response when I sent email to their support email - clearly chatbot or AI - reported to paypal who said I can't claim until I don't receive it or I return it and not get refunded. Shocking on both the supplier and paypal side - I wish I had of read these reviews before even considering them - I will get my money back one way or the other but let this be a warning to all of just how they con on the website - DON'T GET CAUGHT

False review based advertising dont get duped leave well alone

Oh dear having just read these reviews I realised ive been had and its a scam. I paid the company £80 for the same machine, when i opened it i thought it probably wasnt even worth £20, i new id no chance of returning it. Ive put it on for the first time during this week, absolutely useless, i have a silent night air purifer along side it and the cooling effect of that is by far superior to the baby one along side it, when looking into buying one for this summer,i googled best recommended air coolers uk, this came out no 1 and lots of positive reviews, how foolish and wrong i have been, PLEASE PLEASE no one go any further with any order,got shock when i saw same one on amazon for £25 and even for the £25 its total tat

This Oribreeze portable AC unit is useless. It is very loud. No cool air. A fan does better. Can't get a hold of customer service. Left a message. What a scam! Waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

So I purchase this from their site on June 9th and it arrived on June 18th. It's tiny and will fit in the palm of your hand. I knew it wasn't going to cool the whole room however... the air coming out of it IS cooler than a regular fan. Freezing cold, no as it doesn't have a compressor, evaporator, ect, just water being soaked up by the filter. I'm currently using it on my desk when playing PC games in the AZ summer heat.

Pros: Super light weight. Can operate with a standard power bank like the ones you charge your cell phone, 5 volts 1 amp. Very portable. Comes with a 2 year warranty if purchased from original vendor site. Excellent for camping! Super quiet.

Cons: Expensive from the original company. Yes they are many copycats on Amazon & eBay for WAY cheaper but as with any copycats you risk the quality of the product. I'm sure they perform the same but for how long. Perhaps a tad bit of false advertisement but the product does work in a smaller scale. The ambient light is very dim and only at the bottom.

Overall: This little overpriced personal air cooler works. Don't expect standard A/C or window unit performance. Love the portability and simplicity. Do not like the steep price or high false expectations it claims to be. Would I purchase it again? Only if it was more than 1/2 price of what I paid for.

Awful product Awful practices!!!
Watch out for their ads. I bought an apparently silent fan system that would cost £25 on high st. I payed £89.99!! For 1 fan.I pressed the screen to go to my order conformation and low n behold they added a 2nd fan system. I had now purchased 2!! 😨.I emailed them immediately but it had already been dispatched. How fast they were! I’m in UK they are in USA , all they kept saying is return it and they will refund IF.. it’s in same condition. All the way to UK n back to AMERICA. Also a chance it may get lost en route.I I emailed within 15 minutes of purchase It was the obvious deviousness of their payment process. I explained my problem, wrote a long detailed email saying I wanted 1 but after pressing buttons to go to next page it automatically ordered me a 2nd! I never did get any confirmation page or even confirmation email. Just left hanging. The customer service is set up to never give you any money back. The product came yesterday. Wow. It’s like something from a seaside market. Cheap flimsy and loud. Please ppl DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Having been "sucked into" the hype and really needing a product like this for a property oversees, I am hoping 1) I receive the product that is now paid for and 2) the product lives up the hype.
My experience to date has not been good. First, there was a long delay in getting shipping information. Then after receiving a "Your Order has been QA'ed, carefully Packaged and Ready for shipper pickup message", another couple day delay in receiving tracking information, and then after my badgering. And now, no ability to find tracking information for the tracking number received. (My confidence, to say the least, is dwindling.)
If this is a new, direct ship product provider, the Company should be doing everything they can to "inspire" confidence and that is not happening.
I will update this review / rating as this ordering process proceeds and (if received) how the product performs.

From the company direct, the price seems to be about £65, which is said to be discounted. On ebay they are offered for £25. And on Amazon, they are £22, but there are no Amazon reviews at all,so have they actually sold any? All very strange.

This product looks like it falls into the “too good to be true” category. The web site has an ‘article’ about the product has a number of what look like honest reviews from happy customers, with profile photos, albeit all written in the same gushing prose and all overwhelming positive about the product. The bottom of the web page however states, “ THIS WEBSITE IS AN ADVERTISEMENT AND NOT A NEWS PUBLICATION. ANY PHOTOGRAPHS OF PERSONS USED ON THIS SITE ARE MODELS.” Surely this just means fake reviews? The product also appears to have 8,759 reviews on a site called ‘TrustRate’ that looks remarkably like Trustpilot, but I cannot find TrustRate. I would love to hear an actual independent review of the product, but from looking at the website, I would be surprised it actually worked.
