This company is a total scam. I ordered framed prints and paid for them. After about 3 months they finally showed up but just the canvas only. Over the next couple months of emails back and forth they deemed I got what I paid for despite sending screenshots of their website pricing, my confirmation, and pics of what I received. Then they just stopped responding.

Bought something that came NOT as expected. Tried to return. They are impossible to contact and when they eventually respond weeks later (email only as phone wont connect you), they fail to address issue and refuse to supply the return shipping label as stated in the return policy. Obviously, they figure the shipping will cost too much to get you to return.

Avoid completely

I bought 2 5 panel animal canvas paintings and they just arrived exactly what I expected… I would have given this site a 5 star rating but only issue I found was long ship times 3 months to arrive and literally no customer service via email or phone call

Worst company ever! I ordered back in 2020 and order was delayed because of the whole covid situation at the time. Its 2022 and I still have not received my order. They charged my card though, bunch of scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The item looks good on their site but when it's arrived and looks so cheap for the price I paid for the painting. I had sent numerous email and left several voicemails asking for return label to return the item and never received their response to the email and no phone calls. from this seller. Therefore, I disputed with my credit card to request for refund since I'm not getting their return label to return the item. I feel this business is practice unethical and bad customer service.

Paid money never got the product. From what I can tell looking them up online, looks like the whole site is a complete scam.

Do not order from Original Frame. We tried for many weeks to process a return and got nothing but runaround!! This company, if even legit, is the worst.

Saved by an inch - I did place the Order - then all of a sudden checked the review and found out that its just a SCAM - company run my a team of scammers ( looks legit - its just an eye wash ) Had to cancel my CARD. THANK GOD that read the reviews of friends out there

0 stars!!! I tried to cancel an order the morning after it was placed, after reading nothing but negative reviews about this company. All I received back, was a generic email thanking me for contacting them. I contacted PayPal, where they acted as the go between, and the company responded to them by saying that they couldn't find my order. This morning I get a shipping notification to my email. Shortly after that, another correspondence via PayPal from them saying "To whom it may concern, the customers order has already been shipped." Keep in mind, from the original point of cancellation and correspondence, to the day of shipping was nearly two weeks! I would definitely steer clear of this pitiful excuse of a company!

Scam - Its 7 weeks after I paid and ordered pictures. I never received anything. They do not answer calls or respond to emails. I had to place a dispute on my credit card because they have not refunded me or responded to anything! DO NOT ORDER from the company

I have tried multiple times to reach out to anyone about my order!! Each and every time I have gotten an automatic response. I have never gotten anyone (physically)actually tell me anything about an status update on my order.
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this company. It has been over two months since I have placed my order!! At this point in time I want my money back. This company is highly unprofessional, Irresponsible, unorganized, dishonest and dysfunctional. I won't be recommending any of my family or friends about them.

Same issue as others. Wish I read these reviews first. Ordered on 5/30 and pictures arrived today, 8/3. The title of them included the word FRAMED and the photo showed them hung as frameless (but on wood presumably). Although I ordered NO FRAME, I expected that meant no visible separate frame around the edges like other frameless pictures I've purchased elsewhere. Instead I got rolled up garbage that is useless. After waiting over 2 months for this junk, I'm chalking it up to throwing away the money rather than be further aggravated trying to return them and likely having the company win with the product back and me without a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MISLEADING COMPANY!

I wish I could give them 0 stars this company is the worse did not get what I expected. Please do not order from this company. They do not answer the phone they are now using covid 19 as an excuse. I order my picture 2 months ago I am just receiving it today rolled up in a package with no frame

The company misrepresented where they were from. The address said Addison Texas, It was from China which you only found out after you ordered and got a tracking number, 2nd they misrepresented the product. I believed I was getting photos on Canvas, which wasn't true. I got rolled up junk, the quality of picture is even lousy.I tried to go through customer service and got an automatic response about long waits. Don't waste your money or your time. If I could give less than one star I would.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from the scam site. I ordered the 5 piece framed canvas acoustic Guitar wall art. After 3 months, I received 5 rolled up pieces of canvas that displayed a drum set, guitars, and microphone. Thanks for taking my $50 and sending the wrong item.

We placed the order in March, it is now July. We received no updates on delivery no emails, nothing. We took the L realizing it was a scam with our many emails going in unanswered. $30 dollars gone.

THEN, then we got this weird, taped up scroll looking thing on our door step at 10 O’clock at night from New Jersey . We opened it, and I cannot make this up.... it looked like a 10 year old went to Walmart and printed out 5 pictures (very, very poorly.) of a tree. A TREE. (Awful cropping job.) Not going to lie I’m truly offended, it’s so insulting how awful of pictures they are. I’d rather have just received nothing.

My cat started chewing on one of the pictures, and he literally made a face of disgust. Apparently they taste as bad as they look... don’t order from this bullsh*t website. I hope my $30 dollars AT LEAST went to something useful.

Scammers. They stole $185 from me this spring. There is no recourse. Beware!!

I ordered set of 5 beach canvasses on 23/5/20. Without frames. After I ordered I read reviews and wondered what the heck had I done as not many good reviews. I tried contacting them over the time and always got generic reply about covid 19 is delaying orders. I messaged multiple more times requesting personal reply but nothing. Eventually I reported to pay pal as no response and no goods. As soon as i got paypal involved I got tracking number Sent which was in chinese and said tracking no wrong. I again told paypal and I promptly got new tracking no which said left china and waiting in sydney. Then omg on 21st july a parcel arrived and I must say I was not expecting it to be any good but the 5 canvasses look just as good as on the website. My husband made wooden framed and we stapled prints on and they look amazing. Maybe if paypal not involved may not have received order. Anyway I must be 1 of few finally happy customers.

Yes this is a complete scam I ordered back in may 2020 a frame for my grandma haven’t received item or haven’t received a text or email or anything from this company and the number they have says not receiving calls at the moment wow there’s lots of bad reviews and it’s absurd they haven’t done anything to this people but oh well that happened because I didn’t check the reviews

I ordered 2 paintings and all I’ve received was 2 posters, after almost 3 months of waiting. So what can I do with an unfinished product? I never been so disappointed with an online order in my life. Please be aware!
