Had to report this company to BBB. Photo took well over a month, it came with no invoice and was nothing like what the photo advertised as. I emailed them several times with no response. My package label had two stickers on top of each other. The first label said China and the top label said California. I suspect some of their photos are coming from China, genes the long delivery wait. Then shipped to California. I googled the address and it showed a warehouse that sells various products. I just want a full refund, ship this garbage back to never never land and to warn others about this place.

Poor customer service and slooooooow shipping. Ordered item in mid May and then didn't ever respond to inquiries on shipping or tracking info. Emails went ignored and phone call went straight to VM. Finally contacted credit card company to dispute the charge to get my money back. I followed up on the transaction dispute again and the credit card company said they had not heard back from the company either. After my F/U call today - THEN I get an automated email from Original Frame showing the item being shipped - HOWEVER when I ran the tracking number they provided via DHL, their system says NO information on this tracking number!

Scam site, no response to queries. Getting PayPal to refund. Social distance yourself from this place

If I could give zero stars i would. I purchased two paintings a month ago and have been trying to contact the company and have not been able to get through or received any more correspondence considering my purchase. I was charged immediately though for this purchase and they sent an email stating that due to covid 19 shipping would be delayed 7 to 10 days and here it is a month later. Then I found this review site that others had same issue. Why can't people just be decent?!!!!

I think they are fake. I ordered a print from them and have heard nothing from them . They took my money right away! But have not sent my print. I have emailed and called them everyday! No response! I have reported them to the Texas Attorney General. Buyer beware! Avoid this company! Something suspicious is going on!

Glad I read these reviews before I ordered. I googled the address in Texas and it’s a virtual office. Not even a real office. Don’t buy from them.

Absolutely fake and a scam. I purchased multiple products there months ago and still haven't received anything. Ended up filing a fraud complaint at the bank just to reimburse the money.

This is a scam its a canvas PRINTED picture, so you're paying for a picture you can print anywhere for cheaper. took over 2 months for delivery.

Im glad I ordered through paypal who is investigating my order. It’s been a month, no shipping details, contact or anything. I’ve emailed and called, no response. I hope Paypal refunds me and I plan to never trust them again

I wish more people will read these reviews before they make an order. The charge on my credit card shows that this is a software company based in Canada. But their website claim to be located in China and the contact listed on their website says they are based in Texas. All FAKE.
