Excellent Customer Support
The customer support was excellent. I was charged for an annual renewal of a subscription that I did not use. I was aware of the renewal but per the schedule, it was charged a day early. I was really planning to cancel because I needed the money for some other basic expenses. Without questions, they immediately processed the refund, unlike others where they would try many times to offer discounts, etc. Thank you for understanding. Superb customer service!

SCAM - BEWARE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
BEWARE
Ornament failed to recognise the immediate cancellation of subscription - during the trial period back in 2025. Company FAILED to communicate about upcoming an upcoming renewal, like any reputable company would. First I hear about it is getting a receipt for the next year subscription, by which time is it too late. Company is unwilling to even discuss their failings and outright refuse to refund the money they took in error.

I subscribed ornament I the app I got through many good things like the app was helping you manage your diet ,your body health making you aware about your body mass , what kind of health problems you might be facing a very nice app to take you smoothly towards loosing weight but unfortunately there were no workouts as I needed an app with workouts I reached there customer service and asked for a refund they were so cooperative made a refund within two days .I really appreciate them .

I registered in the app on February 25 and…
I registered in the app on February 25 and have been using it for a week now. First of all, the app allows you to store your medical test results, digitize them, and translate them it shows whether there are any abnormalities or not. You can also share this information with doctors. For example, if you are traveling, you can simply show them your test results. Moreover, the app supports many languages. In addition, if you have the paid version, you can scan food barcodes and track what you eat, which is very convenient. There is also a feature that recognizes dishes from photos. One downside is that the price might be a bit high, as there are many similar apps available (although I haven’t seen the test digitization feature in other apps before). When you first download the app, make sure to read the refund policy in advance, as the subscription may start automatically. Carefully review the terms during registration. Sometimes the app doesn’t recognize test results very well, but as the support team told me, it’s important to take clearer photos. Verdict: this app is definitely worth installing if you care about your health. The price may be high, but for me, it’s acceptable.

I thought i was signing up for Tai Chi but seem to have clicked into the wrong app as Ornament is a health programme. I realised before my money had been taken but as it was still in pending, the refund was immediate and it was dealt with efficiently.

Great app. Unique and very convenient functionality especially in relation to AI recognition of lab reports. Super nice feature is possibility to convert history of tests to pdf. If you ask me how it can be even better I would add functionality of storage and analysis of x-rays, mri, usg, ecg etc, just to have all in one place.

I like this food tracker it's easy to monitor the amount of fats, proteins, and other macronutrients. The app is paid, though I wish it were free like many similar apps. I also want to note that the interface has become much more modern and user-friendly compared to previous versions. The app is actively supported by the developers, which is important to me.

A faulty system
I haven’t had any issues with the app or service but realised I didn’t use it fully and decided the £42 I was spending wasn’t worth it. I paused my subscription and made sure the auto renewal was off more than a week before my renewal date so there would be no issues. However due to a system fault they charged me anyway. When I informed them of their mistake, they said they couldn’t return my money but cancelled the subscription. They tried to put the blame on me saying that’s the auto renewal was still on and ‘when there multiple tabs open these things can be missed’ - not only am I down £42 for a service Im not using but they’re also calling me dumb. Terrible service.
UPDATE: after speaking with Victor who was polite and took the time to understand the issue, they have issued a refund. He assured me that they will be improving their customer service.
