Beautiful ornaments! Great company to do business with. There was a problem with my shipment when it was lost & not delivered. Your personnel was so understanding & asked if I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. I asked to have my ornaments done again, since I wanted to re-order them. I received them on time & I'm very thankful.

I have ordered from OrnamentShop. com in the past. However my last order was lost in transit. The wonderful customer service rep had the order prepared again, and re-shipped. That is out standing service, if you ask me!

I ordered 3 items from OrnamentalShop.com on 7/6/24. On 7/8/2024 my items are ready for shipment according to their webpage. There is a notice to expect my items on 1/11/1970. What's up with that date?? The system said it ready for shipment, yet it hasn't moved anywhere according to their website since 7/8/2024. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't even been shipped yet!!! This is very poor customer service.

I placed an order on 12/26/2023. In February, I had not received the items, so I contacted the company via email. I received a message stating my order was lost in transit and my order was being cancelled and refund was sent to me. Also, I was informed I could reorder the items. However, the prices had increased and the company would not honor the prices posted on their website at the time of my original order. I am very disappointed as I like their merchandise. There is a phone number posted on their website, but no one answers. You must contact them via email.

The workmanship is beautiful.
The first order one piece was broken and replaced.
The replacement piece was packed very well.
The second piece did take a little long maybe 2-3 weeks to get but worth the weight.

I ordered three ornaments - two arrived intact but a third was broken. I Emailed SARAH, who after I sent a photo of the item in question, pledged to resolve my issue. And she did, beautifully!! The ornament recalling our trip to Italy last year came a few weeks later all in one piece <3 Consider me a dedicated customer from here on out!!

I order from ornament shop often for Christmas ornaments for my grandkids, etc. this year after a broken ornament and a wrong address they worked with me very well to correct the situation. I finally received a replacement ornament, not broken, and delivered to the correct address. Thank you Ornament shop for working with me.

I had 3 broken ornaments you replaced only 2, i asked why you didn't replace all 3 but no answer, an no credit for it.

I have had two very minor problems in the many years I have ordered ornaments. One was with a name spelli and the other was a broken hand on a very delicate ballerina. They were very quick to respond to my email and resolved both issues by replacing the item. Such a friendly and caring group of people.

Ornament was broken when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement, however due to very poor packaging it was broken again. I would not recommend this company.

I had a minor issue with one of my ornaments and the company replaced it immediately. Came back perfect. This is why I’ve been using this company for over 20 years. So reliable and easy to work with!

The company resent a package to me that was never delivered

The first time my ornament came with ink bled. Emailed about that and the photo was blurry. They decided to send me a new one after seeing a picture, it came and the picture is just as blurry.

The original ornament was wrong, and so was the replacement. Communication was slow.

I asked for replacements of 2 ornaments because of incorrect spelling of name and a poor quality of name on the other. I was given a refund. I appreciate the refund but don’t have ornaments I can use 😏

We had 2 out of 3 ornaments that arrived damaged. The one was replaced without charge. I was told that the other could not be replaced as it was out of stock. So my only option was a refund. So I was refunded the exact cost of only the ornament which means I ended up paying for shipping on an ornament that went in the trash. I have been purchasing matching ornaments for my 3 adult children for some years, but now only 2 of the 3 children have an ornament for 2023. The only communication with customer service was automated email so I couldn't even see if there was any other options available. Very unhappy!!

Ordered items arrived in poor conditions. Poor packaging caused breakage and boxes almost falling apart when delivered per family member receiving items.
Will never order from your company again! Will go to local stores for future ornament purchases!

I was disappointed when I did my order this year. I originally only received half of my order few days before expected delivery date of 12/12, but was told it was delivered with tracking. Well, never received tracking in the first place. This was a gift for Christmas and received afterwards even though it was ordered at the beginning of December. There were so many emails back and forth and had to explain multiple times I did not receive my order that I paid for and would like the product I purchased since it was for my MIL. I never experienced this in the past from this company.
