More than a week and still waiting an answer from their poor customer service. Bad, bad, bad!.

a really interesting few hours that was both entertaining and informative for the kids. The activities around the globe were fun but seemed as if they were thrown together quite quickly. more than 1 VR headset for about a hundred kids would have been a good idea!
Almost gave 5 stars anyway though for having the location of this showpiece that focused on climate change, right outside the parliament..... i just hope that the guys inside who never seem to address this issue had a chance to feel ashamed.

It was a good experience but when we arrived a little after 6pm we were not allowed to see the film. If it had been stated clearly that you should arrive at 6pm as the film was begining then as the starting point it would have been ok but this was not the case.

Nice exhibition, really interesting. However, I was surprised that none of the written texts had English translation when you know that Copenhagen is a cosmopolite city and this event had WWF as a partner (which is a worldwide organization).

Very interesting concept, we would like to learn even more information in the future. It has the potential to become an important part of the education about the environment.

My young daughter and I really enjoyed the film and all the activities afterwards, particularly the VR, and bike energy ride.

That was an amazing experience for both parents and kids! So many
- interesting things to see,
- facts to read,
- film and videos on 5D glasses to watch,
- pictures to paint,
- corners to sit,
- a bike to ride,
- balls to throw,
- weights to carry,
- winds to feel,
- amazing stuff to talk,
- and fruits to eat,
- waters to drink,
- pictures to take.

All that we experienced at the Klimasafari!
I hope they will do it every year too. So we can make our kids aware of the Klimasafari that needs to be taken care of.

I really enjoy the experience, organization, the structure and technology of the event. That would have been perfect if there was an english version of the exhibition stands and presentations outside.

Really informative film and well organised event. The stalls outside were really popular and there were quite a lot of queues, but we had a fun trip with a mixed age group of children (10, 13 and 15).
