Well I ordered a pair and tried them for a few weeks and were working well. However after about 5 weeks of constant walking (10000) steps per day the arch support wore out. I emailed customer service... See more

Easily adjusting to wearing these insoles
I notice a difference in my foot support and alignment without it being difficult to manage. I can tell that my legs are in a different position based on the generalized muscle soreness I can feel based on their new neutral position. I'm looking forward to seeing differences over time.

I initially ordered the incorrect size. Kamila sorted everything out very efficiently. I’m very happy with my orthoflex experience.
Insoles that really work
Insoles that really work! I was having heel/ankle pain for months on one side. Also knee pain all the way up to hip. Stand on my feet at work for over 10 hours a day. Tried these out in my work shoes. Took a few days to get used to them. Heel pain is gone and other pains seem to be going away also. Thanks!

Very simple and easy to purchase
Very simple and easy to purchase. Sturdy and well made. My only complaint is that they drop ship from China like most things do now so it takes longer to get them. Please move manufacturing back to America. Let's keep the money in our economy. China doesn't need any more of our money.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience, the ordering was easy , sizing was right , I bought them for my wife , she really likes them ,hopefully they'll last a long time as its only been a few weeks , I'd like a pair for myself but they are very expensive, so I can't afford them right now , but hopefully someday
Nice Fit
I received the product in a timely manner and immediately put them in my shoes of choice. So far, I am pleased with the product.
Great instep support
I recently purchased 2 x pairs of Ortho flex and have found them to be a high quality and very well made product. Having high arches, which if not supported correctly progressively aggravate the tendons on the sole on my feet (I have heel spurs.)
These inserts are easy to use and give excellent support to my arches.
The insoles fit very well
The insoles fit very well, luckily I didn’t have to trim. They are comfortable and supportive.

Thoroughly recommend - fixed my knee problems
Had been experience knee problems for some time and had sought treatment from physio and podiatrist. Podiatrist prescribed inserts (expensive 'personalised' ones) which I began using but seemed to cause more problems. Ad for OrthoFlexx came up in my social media feed so I thought I would give them a go. So glad I did. My wife who also suffers knee and ankle problems bought a pair as well. Then we went back and bought two more pairs. Thoroughly recommend.
Amazing
I have tried many insoles but after using these for a month these truly are the best I have tried.
