very shady company canceled order in 4 minutes after offering warning came up from Norton on company they had a robot. Answer sent order without my size in 4 minutes after ordering. And 2 months still have not received my refund. big warning do not order

The shoes I ordered don’t look like what is shown on the website. Material on the outside is vinyl the inside bottom is poorly cut looks like it’s made with fake suede material. If you call the number you get Asian speaking recording. If you use the reference number or item number your order does not show up. Don’t order from them.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company. I only received 1 pair...the cheapest pair of all three pairs no doubt. If I could give 0, zero stars for the customer service and quality of the shoes then I would. Firstly, it took 8 WEEKS for the ONE pair of shoes to be delivered to me. After spending 3 weeks of e-mailing back and forth with "customer service", if that's what it's called, I was told, and I quote from the e-mail,
"Thank you very much for your message! We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. However, please note that once an order is tagged as "Delivered" by the courier, we are unable to offer refunds—even if the package has not been physically received.
If you believe there's been a mistake with your delivery, we recommend checking with your neighbors, your delivery address, or contacting the courier service directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving such issues."
So, I spent US $120.00 on one (1) pair of cheaply made sandals that I could have found somewhere in the United States for one-third of the price. And unfortunately, the sandals are not even orthopedic or REAL LEATHER...they are sandals you could find at any given bargain, discount shoe store. Oh well, lesson learned for me. Again, buyer beware.

To begin with, I found a cute shoe on their site, and placed the order, which cost me $54.99. After that, I continued shopping, just to see more, just to see the SAME shoe for $38,99. I called them asap, to cancel my first order and keep the second. No response!!! After several calls and emails. I received a shoe, very poorly packaged, which damaged the format of the shoe, wrong size as well. In a nutshell, they told me that I had to pay for shipping the shoes back to China.
The whole experience was a nightmare!!!

This website is a scam. I ordered boots that were supposed to be embossed leather, but they were cheap embroidered fake material. They represent themselves as an orthopedic company, but they are not. The refund process is so extensive and requires you to fill out an application and pay customs to ship back to China. They appear to be an American company, but they are not. They offer 20% refund to avoid their return process.

SCAM ALERT! Buyer Beware!
I used PayPal to pay for my purchase of 2 pairs of boots. 2 months later and many emails, i got one pair of boots (if you can call them that) and no answer about the other pair. I issued a claim thru PayPal which was denied because the company provided the tracking number for the other pair of boots , claiming that they sent me both pairs.

I just want to reiterate what others on this review page have shared . This is the most irresponsible company I have ever ordered from. I have gotten nothing but run around and am no farther in the process than I was eight weeks ago.

I Was browsing Pinterest and saw a pair of boots that I loved from orthopedics dakota.com. I’ve been having problems with my hips and thought a good orthopedic pair of shoes would be helpful. Their website listed good reviews, so I ordered from orthopedicsDakota.com, back in November of 2024 & still have not received boots or requested refund 3 months later…There is no phone # listed on their website, the only way to contact them is through their website email which I did several times over the last 3 months, and it seems that they have an automated response that just keeps stating they understand my frustration and will look into it with their fulfillment team. Each & every email response is signed by the same person. Within their website, they direct you to orthopedicsLondon to request refund and I contacted them several times only to receive a ridiculous response referring me back to orthopedicsDakota.com signed by the same person???
Do NOT purchase anything from this company. If it really is a company … They charged my debit card three months ago and still have not provided product, nor refund…

ABSOLUTE SCAM!
It's been a month since I ordered a pair of boots and they have not shipped anything at all! As others stated below, there's no tracking number, if you enter your order no. in the tracking tool it says no order found.
There's no phone number or physical address anywhere in their site so definitely a scam.

Edit: when seeing the transaction on my credit card the Merchant info is "7 SHING YIP STREET HONG KONG" which makes it even more suspicious.

Website does not have a good contact number and therefore won't get back to you about your order - it's a scam

This site is a scam! Ordered a pair of boots & it is now over a month later & still hasn't even shipped. Customer service keeps telling me that they'll ship soon, but still nothing. I requested they cancel the order & demanded a full refund, but they refused. What kind of legitimate company refuses? Another family member is going through the same thing with them & still haven't received their order. Do not take you chance on this site! They're based out of Hong Kong & do everything they can to keep that info from you on their website. I only know through the charge.
