Ordered pair of orthowear trainers recommended by a friend cus I have plantar fasciitis when these trainers arrived they smelt really bad if chemicals I complained and was told to air them out paid nearly £30 for them. Aired them smell started to go so tried them on where they were tightly packaged there in indents on the toes so uncomfortable to wear. So again complained was told I'd have to pay to send them bank to get a full refund or keep them and get 10% refund with a 50% coupon to buy something else. This is wrong they should pay for me to return them or give me a refund full stop. Definitely not worth nearly £30 don't buy
