We recently had our dog’s teeth cleaned at Orton Vets and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was outstanding, the team was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we got the best deal around. They truly go above and beyond to care for both pets and their owners. Highly recommended!
I m extremely disappointed with orton vets after my mum praising them to me. I took my guiea pig to the vet to be looked at due to some concern. The receptionists where lovely, on the other hand the veterinarian wasn't. The vet did not health check my guine pig and only listen to her feet beat, she also did not talk to me. I was in the veterinary room for two minutes and the vetinrian told me the receptionist would speak to me. The receptionist charged me £40 as told by the vet, who alsj stated i needed to come back to pay for soem medication but never received an email for pick up. I had to ask the vet what I was paying for and what is to be done but my guine pig, the receptionist didn't know. I am a 17 year old on minimum age working 4 hours a week only my last year on animal care. I know how to correctly health check an animal. To say I was annoyed for a service I didn't receive is n understatement.
