Drop shipping returns? Customer to customer
I finally received a boxer briefs and they had like an insert pad and they were really weird I held them up next to my other extra large ones that I had from Amazon from a couple different companies and they were about three inches too small so contacting them has been taking me like 15 emails over the last 10 days finally they send me a label to send it back and they want me to send it from directly from me with my address on it and my name to another customer in Scottsdale Arizona I'm in Los Angeles California so they never see the underwear and I never take it back and inspect it they just have me drop shipping it directly to another customer they claim this is for carbon and the in global warming which is BS cuz I find out later on they finally say all while we're in France we don't really have a way of dealing with it? So this poor person on the other end is going to get underwear that's never been inspected that's coming right from another customer with my name and address on it? Who does that I've never heard that as a business practice in the United States ever that's completely ridiculous and now they're giving me all kinds of hard times about returning it or any other things involving it and it's a pure size issue it's not you know like a opinion or something like that but it doesn't it's not well made or something three different brands off of Amazon and extra large are about 3 and 1/2 to 4 in larger than their extra large?? And this whole thing of the dropship that just sounds illegal especially with underwear? I'm going to be contacting the Federal trade commission as well this is ridiculous

Lousy return experience
Ordered this past summer, but the shipment was late in arriving. I realized after trying one on that the level of absorbtion was more than I need. I requested a refund, keeping the pair I tried on. Finally, the customer service rep offered to refund me if I would forward the remaining briefs to another customer, which I did. I AM STILL WAITING, AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, TO SEE MY REFUND.

I really cannot speak highly enough of the Orykas system.
I ordered my first pack of six boxers a few weeks ago, and after trialling them, ordered a second pack of six.
Only this time, I mis ordered the size. But a quick email to Orykas sorted the problem out.
The boxers themselves are really comfortable, and fit like a dream.
It may seem an expensive purchase, but they very soon pay for themselves. I have washed mine several times, and there is no sign whatsoever of fatigue in the fabrics or fabrication.
A definite thumbs up from me for the product, and a company that seems to care about their customers.

Honestly, I was rather surprised
After years of dealing with pads that had a tendency to leak at inopportune times, I am impressed with the way Orykas hold up. I was also pleasantly surprised at the length of time I can wear them without feeling saturated. SO glad I found these. Only drawback so far is that machine drying is not recommended, and they do take a few days to air-dry. I have more on the way to help with that!

I did a lot of research and found the risk of purchasing some pairs was worth it.
Having now been wearing the undies for 3 weeks I have disposed of all my old stuff.
I love the fact that drips after a pee are now in and not on my legs.
I have stopped worrying when I can’t get to the toilet before I have urine down my legs a fantastic win.

This is a bogus company
This is a bogus company. They hijack people trying to go to Orika. You can type in orika.com and be hijacked to Orykas.com, which sells Orika underwear but is a rip-off. Higher prices and horrible customer service. Verify the address you are taken to is Orika and not Orykas. Orykas posted a fake review from me with 4 stars and is failing to give me the refund they promise in their site. BE AWARE!
