Big mistake: Oryzom
I bought a small appliance, but I bought an ORYZOM. They advertise under the name of German technology. I sent it back immediately, and it says free return shipping after paying 13.55, but don't believe it. They didn't refund my money even though I sent it back immediately. There's no phone number to contact me. You can only send an email. Despite sending multiple emails, they reply months later with ridiculous excuses and won't refund my money. I wish I had researched other reviews before ordering, but it's too late. My advice to everyone: Don't buy from ORYZOM!!!!!!

Good vacuum cleaner and fast delivery
Despite many warnings and negative reviews online, we are satisfied with the vacuum cleaner. The quality is certainly comparable to a Dyson that my mother recently acquired. Although the company is headquartered in Hong Kong, there is a German support team based in Neu Isenburg, who respond quickly and friendly.
