I live in the US and when I ordered I could not see were I could have it shipped to the Us. I asked in your contact box twice if you ship to USA but never got a reply. I had it sent to my brothers address in Canada and had to pay a $165 tariff. Not happy about that. So do you ship to the USA. I would order many more items if you do.

My package never turned up. DHL said they were delivering it and never appeared and whilst DHL customer services were very attentive they could do nothing to resolve the issue. Oscar Jacobson customer services didn’t respond to my first request and I am waiting on a response to my 2nd request. Meanwhile it is 9 days since my order , I am out of pocket and no-one appears bothered apart from me.

Devon’s time your courier company totally keys you down.
I live alone but if not in every other courier company leave with a neighbour or my back door. DHL leaves a note with NOTHING written on it except ‘ sorry we missed you’ . No help whatsoever.
So where is my order now ? Won’t be buying again I’m afraid.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts from you about a month ago and when DHL tried to deliver I wasn’t at home, I tried to rearrange delivery but instead of them coming to me they sent them back to yourselves, I sent you an email explaining all this and asked if you could send me them again but you refunded my money, that’s not what I wanted, why can this be so difficult

This is my first purchase directly from Oscar Jacobs although not the first purchase of their product. I always purchase from another online retailer but saved over £35 on this item by purchasing directly from the manufacturer. An excellent item, prompt and relatively cheap delivery. Highly recommended.

very disappointed ordered shorts that were shown as in stock in my size - money taken from account immediately and then received email not in stock following day but still took payment and still waiting for refund to appear in my account after 2 days ….and then …..think sending me an invite to review is a good idea - so think that deserves the minimum I am allowed to give
