Golf belt fell apart

Purchased an Oscar Jacobson golf belt April 2024. Loved it but the buckle fell apart June 25. Contacted Oscar Jacobson re a replacement but as its out out of warranty they count be less interested. I really had expected better from OJ.

First and last time ordering from Oscar…

First and last time ordering from Oscar Jacobson. They sent the wrong item and insist I pay for the return. I have communicated and sent photos but they keep saying that as it is not faulty I must pay to return it. I agree it isn’t faulty at all but that is a moot point. It’s the wrong item and I just want what I ordered or my money back.
