After sales support
I had broken a buckle of my Hikelite 18 Backpack, I made a request and within a few days later I received a response from Rose, requesting some more information for them to provide the correct parts. After providing the correct information, only one day later I was informed that the item was ready and being prepared for shipping.
Without too much effort, I was able to repair my backpack. This without any costs related.
I was surprised by the kind and swift replies, which is not that common these days anymore. When considering buying a new backpack, I will definitely choose again for Osprey!

Issue with buckle of Osprey Exos quickly solved
recently had a small issue with my Osprey backpack, and I couldn't be happier with how it was handled. A special shout-out to Rose from the customer service team!
Instead of requiring me to ship the entire backpack back, they were kind enough to send the replacement part directly to me in Belgium. The part arrived quickly and at no extra cost. It’s rare to find a company that is this pragmatic and focused on sustainability.
It's good to know that their warranty is fully honored here in Belgium without any hassle. This level of service is exactly why I will only be buying Osprey from now on. Highly recommended!
I contacted customer support
I contacted customer support. After a (on the website announced delay) of several days I had a reply from Sara concerning a question of a backpack regarding coming into stock again or not. It wasn't so I followed up with a question for alternatives which she happily gave me within several minutes. She was ever so kind and helpful and made choosing a alternative more easy.
In short: very kind, very helpful and after first contact very fast.

Sara was excellent in promptly responding to my rather sad enquiry (I had ordered the wrong colour rucksack); she directed me to where I might find the colour of my choice and offered further help. The kind of customer service you wish all companies provided!

Fantastic Customer Service by Sara
I had an issue with a missing pack in my order and was worried it would be a huge amount of hassle in getting it resolved. I am delighted to say it was no hassle at all. It took 3 days for my email to be responded to by Sara who was absolutely brilliant. Sara has been incredibly helpful and quickly responds. I now have a new pack on the way :). I would highly recommend ordering from the company directly and we're very excited for our first backpacking trip!

Excellent Service
Good Website, easy purchase with swift shipping as promised. A slightly misleading webpage for the Skiing bags (I purchased the Glade 12) as its advertised around the water reservoir it can hold, but is sold separately, as shown in the small print. Apart from this a very good purchase.
I have had the farpoint 40 and Atmos 60…
I have had the farpoint 40 and Atmos 60 for 10 years. Osprey bags have amazing anti-gravity suspension, light weight and they cover most things you would need. The farpoint is perfect for air travel and works as a carry on. Atmos perfect for hiking or backpacking.
I put the bags under rigorous service. Osprey and their Australian service centres have always serviced the bag promptly and without hesitation. In fact, on the last occasion a design of the farpoint meant it couldn't be fixed easily. After 10 years, Osprey acknowledged the difficulty and replaced the bag.
I cannot understand for the life of me who would give this company less than five stars.
Wheeled Transporter
I recently ordered the 60L wheeled transporter based on the dimensions shown on the website compared with the dimensions of the bag I am replacing. Unfortunately the dimensions shown on the site do not represent the package space. They are the gross external dimensions. As a consequence the bag was too small for my needs. I contacted customer services as I felt the information on the site was misleading and received great help from Sara, which included a good will discount code. The first bag has been returned and promptly refunded and I now have the right size bag - with which I am very happy.
The service from Sara deserves a 5 star rating - I have dropped a star because I believe the information on the website to be unclear.
There was a minor transaction error…
There was a minor transaction error that caused a brief issue with the order confirmation. However, Mark investigated the matter and resolved it very quickly. I am now the happy owner of an Exos 58. Excellent customer service and a great product.

Excellent customer service
I received the wrong parcel (a mistake at the distribution centre not Osprey) and contacted Osprey, Stephanie on customer service dealt with it promptly and satisfactorily. A replacement item was despatched immediately and I received it two days later. Very pleased with the way this was dealt with.
The print on the address label was far, far too small. The delivery driver mis-read it and thought it was for our neighbours who weren't in so left the parcel with a lady across the street! All got sorted so not a problem.
Bag mix up resolved amazingly!
I had ordered one of the Renn 65 backpacks but when I came to unbox it I had been sent a smaller black backpack (definitely not the one I ordered). Despite the mix up, Stephanie resolved the issue so quickly that I had the correct bag I ordered with me less than 24 hours later. She was excellent and I would definitely use Osprey again after they prioritised customer satisfaction. Thank you to Stephanie for sorting everything for me!
