I had a problem with my backpack and I immediately contacted the consumer services. Sara was very kind and helpful!! She helped me fix my problem in a short time.
I purchased a gift voucher in error
I purchased a gift voucher in error, I contacted customer service on 27th December and explained my mistake and would a refund be possible. Sara responded straight away assuring me that she had cancelled the voucher and issue a refund. I received the refund shortly after. Your customer service department is second to none and should be highly recommended with the service they give.
Poco child carrier
At the beginning of November I bought a Poco child carrier for a Christmas present. It remained unopened from the packaging until Christmas.
I asked in the shop at the time
if it came with a rain cover and was told it did not and to purchase one separately.
I then ordered a rain cover directly from Osprey(which arrived very quickly).
On opening the carrier on Christmas we found a raincover in the storage pocket.( wrong advice from the shop)
I emailed Osprey customer services on 29th December explaining the issue and if on return of the cover could I get a refund. Received a polite reply on the 31st from Stephanie, not expecting anything for a while.
She stated that she had issued a refund and that I could keep the cover or donate it.
I was impressed with the speed of response and resolution without any toing and froing!

All Mighty Guarantee is fantastic
All Mighty Guarantee is fantastic- the side zipper on my laptop bag had failed, I sent it off to Osprey, sadly they said it couldn't be repaired but promptly sent me a replacement bag in my choice of colour. Great customer service communications too, fully justifies the premium price of their products.

Great products and great customer service. Having failed to use a discount code in my rush to get a gift delivered before Christmas, I sent a message to customer service. My discount was quickly refunded by Sara in customer service - huge thanks for such efficient and customer centric action. When my Osprey 26ltr rucksack's straps started to show signs of excessive degradation I followed the company's All Mighty Guarantee procedure. The company honoured the guarantee without quibble in the most exemplary way. Rose in the guarantee department was diligent in managing the process and kept me informed. In the end my old rucksack was not repairable and it was replaced with new at no cost to me. An excellent company to deal with.

I was extremely disappointed after receiving only one of four items for a planned three weeks of travel. I contacted the help desk and the automated email reply said that there was 3 to 5 day response. I had given up on receiving the items when I was contacted by Sara. Long story short, I received all my items within the next few days. I was impressed by Sara's speed of response and professionalism.
Woman’s specific pack not available in the USA
I contacted Osprey Europe about a woman’s bike pack that wasn’t available in the United States (Sylva 20) I had questions wether it was really a woman’s specific pack or just a re-colored mens version (Syncro). I could find no confirming info on this. This was around Christmas time so it took a few days for a response (which I was informed it would) but Sara of the customer care team answered all the questions I had and more. She also was very apologetic for the delay due to the volume of inquiries they were having.
I was assured it was indeed a woman’s specific pack and all the listed differences it had.
I ordered the pack sight unseen which ironically will be used for light day hiking not biking. It’s the smallest pack Osprey makes with the vented Air Speed back panel (no more Mira 18 bummer) and also has a built in rain cover which more of Osprey’s packs should have IMO. Very useful feature that takes up literally no space.
Thanks Sara for answering all my questions. I’ll let you know how the pack works out.
