Beware of this offshore brokerage; they claim to be regulated, but in reality, they operate with no legitimate oversight. After taking proper action through Rose Lane GP bureau, they had no choice but to return my money

I would avoid OspreyFX at all costs. They write if I do not use my account they will begin to charge $10 a month inactivity fee. Good luck. I have nothing in that wallet.

I want to expose the fraudulent practices of OspreyFX and share my experience to warn others.

🔹 My Experience:

On 17/09/2024, I purchased a $50K challenge from OspreyFX.
On 30/09/2024, I purchased another $50K challenge.
I successfully completed Phase 2 of my first challenge (Account #1043319) on 08/01/2025.
I successfully completed Phase 2 of my second challenge (Account #1044973) on 20/01/2025.
According to OspreyFX’s policy, I was entitled to:
✅ A refund of both challenge fees.
✅ A $1,000 bonus for each passed challenge ($2,000 total).
✅ Funded accounts to start trading.

To date, I have received nothing.

🔹 False Promises & Delays

On 17/01/2025, I received an email stating that I would soon receive a contract to sign before getting my funded accounts.
From 20/01/2025, I have been constantly contacting their live chat support (agents: Kendall & Jan).
Every time, they repeat the same scripted response: "Rest assured, we have informed our team to send you the required contract to sign in order to receive the funded challenge credentials and your refund."
Weeks have passed, and I have received NOTHING.

I have documented all emails and screenshots of my chats with their support team. I will take legal action and expose this scam across all platforms.

🚨 DO NOT trust OspreyFX! 🚨
❌ Avoid this broker at all costs!
❌ Do not purchase any funded challenges!
❌ Do not open a live account!

Today and after many emails and arguments I have received the two funded account credentials.
If I would receive the two challenges fees refund and the bonus of 2000$ I will post it here.
I will keep updating here.

Update as of 19th March 2025
I would like to provide an update regarding my ongoing experience with OspreyFX. On 19th February 2025, I received two payouts: $830.27 and on 13th March 2025, $1,876.52. However, I have yet to receive the refunds for the fees of the two passed challenges and the $2,000 bonus, which were promised to me.

OspreyFX has continued to cite issues with their payout automations as the reason for the delay in processing these refunds and bonuses. It is perplexing to note that they were able to process the aforementioned payouts despite these purported issues.

I remain committed to updating this platform with further developments.

I have a pending payout of $2,315.37 since May 21st 2025 and they still not pay it till now.
I have sent many emails to funded accounts support email. Unfortunately they even don't reply.
I have reached their live chat support also but for my surprise they said stop reaching live chat as they can not do anything.

I had my Osprey account since 2022 before they switched to TradeLocker.

I did not know that I was getting charged $10.00 for inactivity.

I also didn't know that they were not Regulated.

I couldn't trade because I was sick dealing with heart complications.

I am a US Resident and they made me feel welcomed.

I don't know if they are good or not good, but so far I like their Customer Service.

I am going to load my Account and give them a try.

Even though Melvin Harris might've had a ride smoother than a freshly Zamboni'd ice rink, for Pharel Durov and Producer Rooms, OspreyFX is the villain in a dark comedy where the market plays the role of a jilted lover, always moving against you! 💔

Taras figured out the gag, moving to a platform where you don't need a magnifying glass to see your money. Meanwhile, Amazin CheFX's positive experience is like finding a diamond in a landfill - you start to question if it's real or just really shiny trash! 🔍💎

So, if you're looking for trading advice from Arty or to invest with OspreyFX, you might as well be handing your cash to a magician who's only trick is making it disappear! 🎩🐰

Very grateful for this platform, and customer support team. They're always helpful and efficient.

Fun to experience unregulated broker until one day... An email reply by OspreyFx "Our margin call and stop-out levels are as follows: Margin Call - 100% , Stop Out level - 143%." Is actually far from true. Order ID 7349874591914096894 / Position ID 7349874591874385780 - The spread from an ENTRY was so high, it bypassed my stop out level and caused my account to be NEGATIVE +300%... With my money gone in 1 second, now it's required for me to pay that amount before continuing with their service. Scale that to a huge account and what I would have owed Ospreyfx could've been a criminal amount. Stay away.

Do not trade with this company I promise it’s a waste of time the market will go against your trade facts I can’t stress it. It will go against your trade they don’t play fair at all… if you wanna throw money away sign up with them they are fraudulent 100%

I wont lie the comments don't reflect my experience with OspreyFX so after reading them i was a little confused but I've use them for a year as my broker and it was amazing with spreads, execution time on trades & platform( Tradelocker). Fast withdrawals and all but was considering doing a funded challenge with them and im questioning it now due to these reviews. With that being said They we great with me.

The entire process from the quick responses, to the speed of the responses, to the in depth explanation of each response is fantastic. I 100% recommend OspreyFx to advanced thru beginner traders searching out there for a broker!

Customer of ospreyfx for 3 years- Tradelocker does not match ECN execution Standards what so ever. Osprey fx trading software does not execute I video recorded and sent it to their support haven’t got a response in 4 whole days just automated pre written responses for a business with 24/7 support 4 days going on 5 to resolve a ticket is insanity as soon as the ticket is done wether I get my money back or not I’m closing this account and I do not advise anybody to support this broker in any form or fashion the same day withdraw is great but doesn't matter if you can’t work with their terrible software

I love the fact that I can deposit a minimum of $10 with OspreyFX, most brokers require you to have a minimum of $50-$100 so it’s nice to have that feature here 💕

This broker is fine if all you plan to do is trade with minimal funds $50-$1000 BUT if you do have a large account they will steal your withdrawals ($5,000 and above)

YOUR TRANSACTION WILL BE LOST DURING WITHDRAWAL AND YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WILL SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVED IT.

Trade with caution my friends, THIS broker is a scam.

Seems like the same guy who scammed everyone on the old cointradeoptions site a few years back. I have been gathering evidence on this site and their Instagram site for many Federal authorities during an investigation. Hopefully we will have the same outcome and shut them down.
