Almost every time cans arrived damaged
Almost every time cans arrived damaged. I had no response to last request from previous delivery. This delivery - again boxes arrived wet with dented cans.

The package I picked up recently had…
The package I picked up recently had been damaged. I let somebody at Ossett know I they were quick to get back to me apologising and offering some recompense.
I think maybe some sturdier packaging/fragile stickers might help. On the whole happy with my experience.

Really good apart from the tracking on…
Really good apart from the tracking on SHOP wasn’t very clear . Slow at letting you know , so I phoned Ossett brewery to find out when the gift was due to be collected/ delivered.
Happy with the response and the gift was well received.
