A DISAPPOINTING first order .....

My first order was something simple - a pair of jeans.
It turned out to be far too long.
That means paying for a tailor to shorten it.
I wanted to let them know that this was not a good start.
IMPOSSIBLE.
Whilst they have taken the liberty of using my email as many times as they like, we, as their customer, do not have that option. And are being referred to some form.

It goes without saying that I have advised my friends accordingly.

That was it for me!

Horrible

Horrible. I have ordered a bag LK Benett as a present for my friend. First time they have sent one scratched and in a wrong color, and after this I decided to order a bag in another colour and it arrived dirty and obviously used with fingerprints from foundation and scratched corners. BOTH times they have charged me for a return cost so i have lost money because of their mistake and got no present for my friend.

I love the products and the delivery…

I love the products and the delivery time, great prices for qualityproducts. The only thing that I find abit extreme is the shipping paying both ways could have been better if someone pays one and the company the other. I understand the company needs to make profits and that's fine but it's abit unrealistic and some of the products from some brands with discounts are still pricy more than as you buy directly from the brand.

We’re also sorry if our general policy regarding shipping and return costs wasn’t clear. At Otrium, we’ve chosen to offer the best possible prices on items, while calculating shipping and return costs separately at the time of ordering or returning.

Unfortunately, returns are still a major issue in the fashion industry, with millions of returned items being discarded or destroyed every year. Our goal is to make 100% of returned items resellable. That’s why we ask customers to contribute to this effort by covering the return cost — except, of course, when something went wrong on our side.
