When ordering, I had a feeling that the look and quality was going to be less than advertised because the marketing just looked too good. I am very happily pleased that I was wrong. I got a beautiful product of very strong quality built to last. The packaging is also top notch and provides an experience when opening. I am very pleased and will be ordering again.

When I saw all of the FaceBook and Instagram advertising for Ottasilver, I was thinking to myself...WOW...that jewelry looks great. But I was skeptical thinking it was just clickbate. I figured I would start off ordering a jewelry set or a couple rings. When I realized that Ottasilver was gonna give me a free turquoise bracelet with my order, I was ALL IN! The jewelry took a couple weeks but it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! The quality and hefty nature of the rings and bracelets that I purchased made me a firm believer in this company. They are the real deal. None of that metal stuff. This is quality, heavy, .925 silver jewelry! Great Job Ottasilver! You knocked it out of the park. I'm ordering more!

Throughout the years I have start to make my collection or jewelry. As a man now at 50 years of age, I felt there was a level or sophistication I should display. Personalized to my taste, style and attention to detail yet subtle and masculine. I was extremely cautious in my approach as not many online shops can be trusted to back what they advertised. Then I found Ottasilver. 1 bracelet, 1 necklace and 3 rings later I am profoundly pleased with my purchases. In one instance I ordered a ring that would typically fit (size 14 US) and for some reason it was too small. I reach out to Customer Service and in a matter of weeks, my new ring was crafted one half size bigger with no questions asked, simply just returning the one that did not fit. Price meets quality. Service is exceptional. If top notch, sleek, clean and modern style silver is what you are looking for, look no further - there is no competition.

Worst customer service on the planet, buy elsewhere and save yourself a lot of grief and time. if you have an issue you have to be a total nag just to get any response out of them. Once you get a response the link they give you for return label doesn't work. Only see results when you post negative reviews. Still waiting on exchanged ring from them to ship. Not holding my breath that that will ever happen.

The product arrived and looked and felt exactly as described. Beautiful craftsmanship and a lot of attention to detail. I’d purchase from them again and suggest anyone else who’s interested in their products to do the same!

Amazing overall experience will order again

I ordered the tiger eye bracelet for my husband. It is exactly what I hoped for and he was very surprised and happy with the quality.

I recently ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift and was very excited to use it for the holidays. According to the tracking information, it was marked as delivered on December 31. However, when I checked my mailbox shortly afterward, there was nothing there.

I opened a case with USPS, and they sent me a letter apologizing for the incident but stating that they are not responsible. They advised me to contact the company directly for a refund or replacement.

I reached out to Ottasilver via email and through their support channel, but I never received a response. I paid $160 for a bracelet that I never received.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend Ottasilver. Their lack of response shows a lack of care for their customers
