When something had gone wrong with my order initially, I emailed customer service and was met with a quick and friendly turnaround. When my order arrived the packaging was elegant and the jewelry simply beautiful. I will be shopping from here again and recommending it to my friends and family.

Great product, great prices, would be a 5 star but one of my orders got delayed due to a PayPal/website problem, and delivery was slower than expected but that is probably due to handcrafted workmanship.

Customer service was immediate. Kudos to them. I was a bit nervous about online jewelry purchases. Once I received my bracelet, I was floored. It was AMAZING!!! I immediately ordered another one. I am sold on the quality, craftsmanship and customer service OttaSilver delivers!

I'm reviewing the Blue Tiger Eye ring. I just opened the package and it is absolutely phenomenal. The presentation is excellent, the box and packaging is elegant and tasteful. The rich blue color of the stone has to be seen in person to be believed. It sucks you in like the indigo waters of the deep ocean. I couldn't be happier. This is my 6th piece from Ottasilver and they are all wonderful.

Nice ring very elegant and fast shipping

My experience with OTTASILVER has exceeded my expectations. Good delivery system good communication all the way till my first package came through. I ordered two cleaning kits the traveling case and a ring size. Next person up is my wife. She’s gonna start her journey with Ottasilver.

The ring was everything I expected. Beautiful detailing and the turquoise was perfect.

I have purchased quite a few items from Ottasilver and will continue to do so.
Firstly I live in the UK and their shipping is pretty quick. A couple of days to get the order ready and it's on it's way. I believe they're based in the U.S and I usually receive my order in about a week.
Second their products are well presented. They arrive in a beautifully designed presentation box, with certificate of authenticity, a cleaning cloth and a lovely pouch to store the item in.
Lastly their jewellery seems well made. I'm no jewellery expert but recently purchased a ring from a different company and put Ottasilvers ring next to the other one. Ottasilvers ring far exceeded the other in craftmanship, design and quality.
