Delivery got stuck for more than 3…
Delivery got stuck for more than 3 weeks and customer service do not answered after 2 weeks of repeated request for information. Now the order is being sent back to otterbox.be.
I am very disappointed by their poor customer service. This is the second time I order (first order has an address to an island and the transporter [UPS] noticed it wasn't able to deliver at this location... after 2 weeks in transit.)
So far terrible experience for online orders.
