I ordered sunglasses and they came defective, they do not sit flat on the head or on a flat surface, they are slanted and asymmetrical. I sent the pictures too. Their answear is: … the product is worked entirely by hand, so if it does not rest on the surface it does not constitute a defect but as highlighted but simply modeled if it comes directly from us we can adapt it to your face and give you all the necessary demonstrations, this operation is always performed after the purchase not having the person in front available… I rejected any modifications and returned the product by my cost. 29 days after they received the glasses, and still no refund or answear on my mails. Avoid this website.

The glasses are beautiful, just like in the picture, fast delivery to Bulgaria.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses directly from their website. The item arrived fairly quickly, and nothing suspicious occurred until I wanted to return the glasses. Firstly, I realised that I had to send them to San Marino, which cost me over 20 euros to ship from Germany to Italy, and since then, I have been waiting for the refund. It's been over a month, and I haven't heard from them. I have tried contacting them twice already, without success, through their internal mailing system.
The sunglasses cost me originally 87 euros, and I spent an additional 20 euros on the return label, so I am now at -107 Euros.

Horrendous customer experience with these clowns.
Ordered a product that was in stock and got no indication of delay other than after me contacting them to ask why I had not received my product. Told it would be processed and delivered soon but again no delivery and no communication. 3 months past, no delivery and they will not respond to emails. No refund issued. I would not go near them with someone elses's money!!!

A month ago i bought a Ray Ban sunglass, but not recieved till today. I send emails to Ottica but they are responding too late. I am waiting for my sunglasses or refund.

Very fast delivery to Bulgaria and great prices on the website. The glasses were packed with very thin cardboard which I received crumpled and taped which was probably done at the border and not the site's fault. I got sturdy glasses though. I am very happy about it!
