order arrived over a month late with terrible communication from the company’s side. (they would dodge my calls, cut my calls, not respond for days etc). when my order arrived the finish was HORRIBLE. i cannot emphasize enough on how TERRIBLE the product looks. wrong colour, nothing like the picture of the vanity table i ordered. AWFUL finish with silicon bits and tattered paint just hanging all over the product. looks like something i could have made myself with wood and fevicol.
do not trust this company and do not purchase their products is all i can say.

I have had the most terrible experience shopping for an expensive console table from this website which looked very sleek and elegant in their pictures. Unfortunately After months of delay in shipping and lot of lame excuses from their side, I was horrified when I finally received the product - it looked very cheap and poor quality and ugly!!! Sadly they won't take it back and I am stick with it - i will now have to pay someone to remove the eyesore from my home!! I really hope this review stops someone from spending their hard earned money on these cheaters!!!

I placed two orders (#126117, #126116). The product quality is poor—stands are unstable and don’t support plant weight properly. On top of that, the color was incorrect (white ordered, black delivered). I’ve tried contacting them multiple times for pickup/refund and they are not responding. Please be careful before ordering.

It’s the worst website that I had ever found. Every single positive feedback provided on internet about them is fake. I don’t think they are legitimate company. Absolutely no response from them, customer service calls always go un answered. I would strongly recommend not to buy anything from them.

Ouch Cart is a complete SCAM. I ordered a dressing table and after more than 2 MONTHS, I have received NOTHING—no product, no update, no accountability. They took my money and then went silent. Customer service is non-existent, promises are fake, and follow-ups are ignored. The mental stress and harassment caused by this brand literally made me cry. This is not bad service—this is cheating customers openly. If you value your money and peace of mind, STAY FAR AWAY from Ouch Cart.

I had one of the worst experiences ever purchasing a crockery unit from Ouch Cart, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this brand at all costs.

1. Completely Wrong Size & Poor Understanding of Requirements:
Even after sharing exact dimensions and photos, the final product was nothing like what I ordered. The size is wrong, proportions are off, and it clearly shows they neither listened nor cared about the customer’s requirements. The rep Faizal and his Manager Maaz have no understanding of this business.

2. Unacceptable Delays:
The product arrived weeks late — with zero communication, false promises, and constant follow-ups from my side. Every time I contacted them, I got vague excuses and no accountability.

3. Pathetic Quality & Workmanship:
The crockery unit looks cheap and badly made. The wood quality, finish, and fittings, broken glass, etc. It feels like a product made without any quality check whatsoever.

4. Fake Reviews & Misleading Website:
Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews on their website — they are clearly fake and misleading. The actual experience is nothing close to what’s shown in their photos or mentioned in their product descriptions.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

The product I received was damaged and of very poor quality.
The delivery was not reliable.
Customer support was unhelpful, very slow to reply, and kept repeating the same answers without fixing the problem.
Getting my refund took much longer than it should have, and even after many follow-ups, they did not return the courier charges as promised.

I had to fight just to get my own money back.
This company is unprofessional and misleading. They are scammers – do not buy from them.
