Glue and Paint instead of Agarwood

I ordered a specific agarwood from a specific region from this company in Saudi Arabia. What arrived was not even close to real agarwood. Agarwood is a precious wood used for incense and perfumery. The wood is treated and has a strange exterior almost shiny. I was able to pick off a plastic bit. It smells like burning lumber when heated. It's not agarwood, not from any region. It is packaged in treasure chest box, as if inside you might find pearls, it is fool's gold. If you know the difference don't order from these people.
