I called Rocket Mortgage this morning…
I called Rocket Mortgage this morning and they suggested that Branch might be a better option for me insurance wise. I got Kelly Hickman on the line and she was an absolute rock star to work with!! She got way better rates for me and it was SO easy!! I will definitely recommend Branch to other in Montana.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Nothing but issues since I’ve had this insurance. Third time I’ve had a “lapse” in coverage due to them back dating documents even when I have documented proof of coverage. They definitely lost a customer for life. I’ve switched to Progressive and it’s been a blessing since. It’s cheaper, more professional, and just over all easier to navigate. Branch deserves a 0 star rating in my books!
