The things that made our experience pleasant was Alexandria's attitude, friendliness and efficient way she handled our transition to a new policy. Sometimes working with insurance can be very stressful and I did not feel any stress. She has a pleasant phone voice and was very helpful through out my experience today.

Too good to be true…
Be prepared for your premium to increase after you accept their initial quote and sign all of your paperwork. After I completed my application and canceled my old insurance, Branch started “nickel and diming” me out of more and more money.
After I told them I don’t have a home security system, they automatically gave me a “connected home” discount but didn’t tell me that the discount was reflected in the original premium I agreed to. Then they notified me I would be losing the discount since I didn’t provide proof of a home security system. So my premium raised by $70 or so. Not a huge deal, just really annoying.
Except then they came to do my exterior home inspection and found that my home is made of brick. Apparently the agent who completed my application had put something else on the application (even though I TOLD HIM my home was made of brick). There goes another premium increase. In total, my premium increased by $126.83.
The only solution they offered me was to give me a $60 discount if I submit photos of the interior of my home. But I’m sure once they receive my photos, they will use them to nitpick and raise my premium price even more based on ridiculous things they find wrong with my photos.
They’re still probably saving me some money but I will definitely not be using them again.

Price gouging
Price gouging, legitimately. They will lure you in with low premiums, trap you with bundling, and raise premiums over 100% at renewal. Unless you want to get in on the class action lawsuit in the future I’d stay away.
