Customer representative Zafir is a credit to the company. He helped me understand what was happening and what I needed to do.
He explained each step along the way and problem-solved a couple of minor glitches.
If he hadn't have been so friendly and helpful, I'm not sure I would have been able to complete the loan process.

Useless as tits on a bull. I went through all of the application process. Couldn't send my payslips through on the app, so I emailed them like asked and never heard anything back at all. So rude and unprofessional.
