Jennifer was able to help with consolidating debt to a manageable repayment. As a farther on a single income household this gives our family a fresh start. Can’t recommend OMM and especially Jennifer highly enough!

Elliot and sagau really made the experience go smoothly. There should be more of these two reps in the customer service world. They explained to me the services and what I can do to pay off the amount quicker.

OurMoneyMarket kindly agreed to delay my repayments while I was recovering. But when I returned to work, a single payment bounced due to a change in my payroll date and despite it being successfully debited the very next day, they still slapped me with a default notice. Thanks for trashing my credit rating. Truly appreciated.

I would not recommend OurMoneyMarket to anyone. They're more than happy to charge 10% p.a. interest, but can't be bothered following the financial regulations designed to protect everyday Australians.

Zac what’s fantastic he has done his job better than perfect but the company itself needs to improve it’s direct ways of contact, wait times are way to long, on hold for minimum 1 hour with no reply, emails I sent 4 days ago never got a response. It’s rather terrible.

Absolutely terrible experience this time around. Expect: wait times on the phone of over 50 minutes, no response from their settlements team for weeks, the worst customer service operating times. 60k vehicle loan, initially offered a terrible interest rate, with high setup fees (which, in their defence, they beat a competitor once proof was shown). For someone with credit rating of 990+, incredibly frustrating. Process was delayed for over two weeks, due to "one more document to review internally", went to the dealership and received the credit in literally 10 minutes with the same rate. Process from 17th April to 1 May, no response to emails, nothing. I would never, ever recommend them, despite using them >5 years ago. Obviously a lot has changed. Avoid at all costs. Once you sign their contract, they disappear.

I was having trouble accessing the online portal so I tried to call and email but there was no answer. When I called again I was promptly messaged by Zac saying he could help me ASAP. After I explained what I needed he sent it to me straight away and was very helpful!
