Very bad
Ordered a Yeti sleeping bag at a great price. Then my order was suddenly canceled claiming my city and VAT ID were wrong, which they weren't. i double, triple checked.
I then tried to re-order but suddenly the discount price was gone and the product price was lifted to reflect other websites which offered it.
I mean if it's labeled with a wrong price just say so and I understand but this is just lame.

Kunde wollte ohne Umsatzsteuer mittels angegebener VAT ID per Paypalzahlen ...dabei ist es unbedingt erforderlich das die Adresse exakt mit der bei der Bestellung angegeben übereinstimmt.....der Kunde hat aber bei der Stadt Antwerpen.....Antwerp eingegegeben....abgesehen davon dürfen wir auch laut PayPal Statuten nur an die exakte bei Bestellung angegebene Adresse liefern ..Wir haben dem Kunden darauf aufmerksam gemacht und ihm auch den günstigeren Preis bei der Bestellung wieder angeboten...mehr können wir nicht tun.

Second order with shipping within germany. First order only two days second three days. The goods were in excellent new condition. Emails although in english respond within one hour.

Package never delivered, refund after almost 2 months
DHL apparently lost my package on its way to Berlin (2 months and it is still in the "Die Sendung wurde im Start-Paketzentrum bearbeitet." state).
Out-24 has offered to resend the item, which is unfortunately impossible since I have now moved to Australia, I had to threaten to take legal actions to get a refund after two months of contacting their customer service.
