Exemplary service for this UK customer

Since Brexit, buying online in the UK from the EU has become difficult, nerve-racking or impossible. Outdoorbrands.nl just demonstrated to me how it should be done:

1. Absolute clarity of communication, including how UK VAT would be added and reassurance of no further customs duty.

2. Delivery of pristine goods on a Saturday that were ordered less than 48 hours earlier at 10.30pm Thursday.

3. The best boxed packaging and labelling of goods that I have ever seen. Including a clear returns process and label, if required.

I was able to buy a Patagonia bag at a fair price in a rare colour that was unavailable in the UK. I'm delighted.

If only more EU traders could follow suit, please.
