Good service, poor conditions
They had a misleading picture and no detailed description of a product on their site, but the customer service reacted quickly on my complaint when I received the wrong product and fixed the product information. What I din't like was that in case when I would just not like the product (not my case), I would need to pay for the product return.

Very bad service
Bought a winterjacket at OutdoorBrands. Unfortunately, the jacket is damaged. OutdoorBrands does not respond to my e-mails for two weeks. I've been waiting for service for two months now and still, my questions remain unanswered and no service from OutdoorBrands is given.
