Fast delivery and the cheapest price I could find online. Based on other reviews, there might be some issues if you need to make a return or reclaim, but in normal cases everything works like a clockwork.

I was worried in the beginning about the company, it seemed impossible for me to find the ski helmet of the given color , maker and size, indeed I found it at this company and the delivery was really fast. Really good experience.

I ordered my shoes on 10/05, and I haven't gotten them yet. Now its the 24/06 It's been over a month.

Very pleased with the purchase, shoes were shipped out fast and in right color/size.

Paid for express delivery which their terms said I will receive my order next day. And now it's been 1 week. Contacted customer support without any responses.

Order two pair of outdoor shoes at the beginning of January. Same as with others here was expecting a delivery time of +- a week as mentioned on the website. As of today have not received any notification that the order will ship any time soon. It’s impossible to get a hold of the company through phone (shut off), chat or mail. Shut off your ordering system if you’re unable to handle, or at least automate the order cancellation process.

I had no problems with outdoor experten. The price was good, email communication was good, and delivery time good, considering that it was the holiday season.

I was starting to get worried about my order after seeing so many complaints on OutdoorExperten, but I am glad that my experience was a 100% good one, and maybe some people just have to have patience.
I placed the order last week (a product from the Black Friday campaign) and it was shipped the following day, arriving within the 3 business days, which I was expecting to take longer due to the warning on their page about overload, etc...
So overall - great experience and I will consider ordering more products from this page :)

A month before I've send an item back , didn't get any respond , i will shook up them seriously very soon .
Pathetic, discusting "customer service"

Had an initial issue where a delivered defect unit wasn't directly resolved. But it got sorted out, and I find this company to both have a good selection and being trustworthy in case a problem occurs.

The delivery and the products were ok. The problem was with the invoicing since I hasn’t received any invoice or any invoice reminder and the first one I received it was an invoice from a third party charging an extra cost for the delayed payment. If this is how you manage your customers than I’m not buying anything else from OutdoorExperten anymore.

I ordered two items separately on the 17/12/2021
Delivered at 2pm today 21/12/2021.
I am seriously impressed Friday to Tuesday 2 days was the weekend and I'm not easily impressed.

I wish I could give a better review, but I hade order from them 3 times now, and the service has been poor.

just bought this product and it deliver fast without any issue. the shoe itself is one of the best i had so far.
