Terrible service after Outfox allowed an erroneous transfer to happen…
My overall experience of Outfox so far has been pretty dreadful. They permitted an entirely different customer to move all of my energy to OVO without my consent. I'd only just joined Outfox a couple of weeks earlier. Their handling of it after I'd notified them of this erroneous transfer was haphazard and disjointed. In the end I had to contact OVO myself and jump through many hoops to get my energy supplies returned to Outfox. OVO readily accepted their part in this fiasco, but Outfox didn't. OVO offered me a small amount of compensation for this dreadful state of affairs but Outfox didn't and probably never will. They have made many excuses for what was allowed to happen, but have not taken ownership for the shocking customer service they provided. They were even prepared to charge me 2 x £75 penalties if my service wasn't returned to them. Absolute farce, for something they allowed to happen.
