The phone options are very well worded and make it incredibly easy to get through to the right team. The waiting time is never long, and I particularly appreciate the option to request a callback, so you don’t have to stay on the phone waiting.

What really stood out, though, was the quality of the staff. I spoke to two different members of the team yesterday and today, and both were absolutely brilliant.

Yesterday, I spoke to a gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember, but today I spoke to a lovely lady called Sadia. Both were extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient in the way they handled my queries. They took the time to listen, understood what I needed, and dealt with everything in such a helpful and reassuring manner.

For the first time, it genuinely felt nice to speak to customer service. That is a real credit to the team and the people who work there. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to both members of staff, and especially to Sadia.

I rang Outfox energy as I did not understand my new tariff, as it was very high. Mohammed explained what had happened, was respectful and patient. He explained I had put the wrong figures in for my September bill and this prompted a review of my monthly direct debit. He looked at alternative tariffs, to save me money and worked out the new monthly amount on a Fixed tariff.
He explained and confirmed with an e-mail what he had done and when it would start and end.
He put my at ease, and I was very happy with the end result. I would definitely ring Outfox Energy again if I had any problems with my monthly rate, tariff, or any other issue. Thank you Mohammed.

My support via the online live chat was very good. The response from Monalisa was excellent. She took the time to help me and deal with my query. She provided clear and useful information and was patient as I collected the necessary information for her to get the answers I needed.

As a new customer I wanted to know when I should submit meter readings. Sai was able to tell me everything I needed to know. My previous supplier always sent out reminders but Outfox don't do that. It's just as easy to set a reminder in my calendar.

Aaron was so helpful handling my account today. He helped me cancel my switch away and reinstate my account and direct debit. Thank you so much for your patience and handling.

Monalisa was very helpful and quick, solving my enquiry within minutes.

Niam was knowledgeble and efficient, He gave me good advice and looked at my accoiunt to ensure that the winter increases would be covered. I was very impressed by his manner and his customer service skills. Outfox are a great company and Niam is a credit to the business.
