Please be very careful if this company. My friend ordered an item from them. A few days later another debit order amount (much larger than the item itself) came off her banking account. The only way they said they will refund her the money is if she leave a 5 star review on their site. She kept giving them a 1 star review and the return email kept says, sorry we unable to refund because if your 1 star rating. So, Be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm now giving them a -5 rating to help her out.

As long as I wrote a positive message and gave a 4 star or more review I'd be refunded. I was told that to get my refund I should comment "Issue addressed".

I was held ransom to get a partial refund! Scammers!

So my 4 star is now an undeserved 1 star!

They responded fast than I expected and I'm waiting for the 05/04/25 to be sure if my membership got canceled as I asked

The manager asked me to give them a 5 star rating in exchange for refunding me the amount I asked them to refund. They promised that it was processed and I will receive it within 5-7 business day. It was feb 24. But its already March 14 and I didnt receive any refund from them.

The company is asking me to delete this review so that they will refund my money. Bullshit. This is really scam!!!
