Lewis did a really good job when he came over to my flat. I have recommended his service to a few people

I am a landlord .. the oven was so disgusting I felt unhappy asking anyone to help. Oven Support Matthew and his assistant arrived, told me not to worry they would sort it. Wow they did just that and in no time at all, 1/2 the price local firms quoted I have recommended them to everyone. Well done lads amazing .. put March 6 on review but it’s not right.

I just had ASH GU4 clean my single oven and he did a stellar job and it’s gleaming. Great service, quick and polite guy. Will defo use this service again! Thanks so much Ash.

What a good service! Richard came on time, rang when he was on his way, and got started as soon as he arrived. He's done a marvelous job, the oven really does look like new. He was tidy, cleaned up after himself and was pleasant to have in the house. I'll definitely be using Richard again!

ASHGU4 was very efficient and my ovens were expertly cleaned. He explained how to maintain them too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My oven cleaner ASH GU4 was great, arrived at requested time and oven was cleaned quickly and efficiently. Only reason not 5 star was the booking office who twice asked if I wanted an AM or PM appointment and then booked me in for the opposite!

We had Ash GU4 arrive today, he let us know he was on route with plenty of notice. Was friendly and polite and cracked on with the job as discussed. He showed me afterwards on where had been cleaned and I don’t think I’ve seen the oven so shiny!! A* job! 😊

This was a total waste of money. After the so called clean my oven started to drip grease from behind the element and I had to clean the first shelf and the bottom of the oven. Each time I opened the oven smoke came out. After booking a call I was bombarded with sales people trying to get me to include a clean on my microwave and other appliances. I truly regret choosing this company

I would give this company a 0 starts if I could.
So unreliable!!! Do NOT use them. Cancelled on me 3 times on 3 separate occasions, I’ve had to take time off work to fit around them and wait in for them to not show up. They give you a 3 hour window with 30 mins notice of when they’re meant to be coming.
As you can imagine after the third time of them cancelling, I have asked for a full refund for them to tell me it will take 28 days to get my money back. No officially apology either.

Very unprofessional!! Also told me the oven cleaner was sick and then by another person that they had no one in the area. Sounds like they just book you in and chance that someone can do it.

Avoid and use local small businesses instead.

Booked an am slot. Was confirmed on phone for 10am. On day I had to phone as not arrived to be told would be between 2-3pm. Then had a text to say delayed. Eventually arrived at 4.30.
Wouldn’t use again sadly.

Really disappointed with my experience using Oven Support.
I booked an oven clean after finding their website, which looked professional and reliable. I made it very clear when booking that I live in a flat and that my partner works from home, so I provided specific time constraints they needed to stick to.
On the day of the first appointment, I was asked about parking and explained there’s a public car park nearby. I was also asked to cover the cost, which I agreed to. While on the call, I added a hob clean and paid the full balance.
Later that day, I was told the cleaner would be late due to traffic and wouldn’t finish in time, so I agreed to reschedule for the following week.
On the second appointment day, I again gave the same parking details. This time, the cleaner told me he couldn’t park in the public car park because he had a gas tank in the van that couldn’t be left unattended. This was the first time this had ever been mentioned, despite me giving the same information multiple times beforehand.
Shortly after, I received a call from a team member who was quite rude and kept blaming the issue on city centre parking. While I understand parking can be difficult, this should have been flagged from the start. It’s not fair to offer services in city centres if you can’t actually carry them out.
After two failed appointments, poor communication, and being spoken to rudely, I requested a full refund. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not a service I would recommend.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAM!!!

Booked for an oven, hob and washing machine clean. They phoned me the day before for balance payment and push hard for extra sales such as oven mats, extractor hood, microwave clean etc. They then don’t show up on the day, which I took a day off work for. I phoned and asked for a refund, customer service was so rude on the phone and just wanted to rearrange, eventually agreed for a refund and said it would take 14 days.

14 days later still no money, however I have received an email on day 14 saying my refund has been processed but could take a further 10 days. Not reassured it will arrive at all and I am fully prepared to chase again.

Have been chasing on the phone and no real answers, you cannot speak to accounts or any manager as they don’t ever seem to work in the office during their open hours.

If you read this do yourself a favour and book with someone else!!!

Just had my oven cleaned by Lewis, a really friendly, reliable young man, who arrived on time and did an excellent job. My oven is now as good as new and I wouldn't hesitate in recomending this company.

Had my dirty oven cleaned , never did I think it would look like a new one , no mess whatsoever, very pleased
