Excellent got worried when I see othe reviews but he did aerate job. This was for end of tenancy clean and no complaints from the land lord.

Very good value, upto date communication and prompt service. Our cleaner Rhys was very polite and efficient. Would definitely use this company again.

When contacting Oven Support I said it was a 90cm twin oven 5 burner gas hob to which they said it was a range cooker and would be £105 which was a competitive price. On arrival I was then quoted £140 as it wasn’t a double oven which was £90 plus extra for the hob and extractor fan. Explained I never said it was a double oven but a 90cm cooker. Poor pricing policy and unethical to dupe customers. I didn’t pay the £140 and I would avoid this company at all costs, including the same company which is Oven Supported Ltd. Shocking customer service from call centre

ASHGU4 transformed my dirty oven into a beautiful clean one in no time. There are no chemical smells and I can use it straight away. I need to order a grill pan and ASHGU4 pointed out the code on the oven to show me how to do that too. Thank you !!

Rhys came to clean my oven, he was thorough and very clean and tidy in his work, he also got a refund for me as I had paid for my extractor fan to be cleaned this time but he took one look at it and said it wasn't bad enough to warrant spending £35 and he showed me how to remove the cover and just put it in the dishwasher! Appreciated his honesty as a lot of people would have just cleaned it and kept the money. 5* service from Rhys.

After then oven cleaner had gone, when we came to use the oven next we noticed the numbers on the dial had been removed so its now difficult to know what the temperature of the oven is. I emailed the email address on the website but the email was returned undeliverable. I tried phoning but no answer, I tried the contact on the website but that kept saying it was not working and i tried the email address on here but no response after over a week. So although we have a nice clean oven we dont know what temperature we are cooking at and very disappointed that there was no way to contact the company that worked.

I paid £40 to get my oven cleaned on the 24th ,March between 1 and 4 waited all afternoon they text to say running hour behind I had to leave for an appointment at 5-30 and telephoned they said have to rebook I said no as I checked reviews them not turning up was a problem,they said would refund money in ten days it's now 4th April nothing back
