Misleading refund policy and poor customer service
I am very disappointed with the services offered by OVH FR. We placed an order with this company, and during the checkout process, it was stated that we could cancel the service at any time within a 14-day period. We therefore cancelled the service within this timeframe, because we could not add extra dedicated IPs to our VPS, but OVH refused to provide a refund. This attitude is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect towards customers.
On top of this we created several support cases, which were never answered or they were answered weeks after they were created without any real value being added, so not helpful at all.
I do not recommend this company and advise you to look elsewhere if you need a reliable and honest service.
