Slow, expensive, rude.
Slower than average speeds, higher than average costs and rude and unhelpful customer service. I have moved to a competitor.

Slower than average speeds, higher than average costs and rude and unhelpful customer service. I have moved to a competitor.
I have changed over to OVO because my previous mobile plan has South Africa removed from their list of international countries. OVO has a $29 plan with 100 int minutes.
The switch was smooth coming over to OVO and also keeping my existing number.
However, I had to take a package with 30G data which I don't really need.
Wished there was a smaller package with international calls and less data.....
I have unfortunately a ovo data plan and a ovo phone weird then how they slow down the data plan at peak times to non existent I can still remember dial up and it was better than this crowd DONT Go with them
OVO Mobile - Mini
+ $9.95 / 30 days
+ 2GB Data
+ Unlimited Texts
+ 500 Minutes Oz Calling
+ Unlimited Streaming on OVOPlay
+ Optus 4G Plus Mobile Network
+ Prepaid
+ Fans First Promise incrementally improves plan-inclusions
I use this as a backup service, primarily for mobile broadband (my OVO SIM lives in a pocket Wi-Fi modem).
They even locked me on their website by a compulsory notification add to my browser. I couldn't go further without allowing that. Idiotic and unacceptable.
