OVO service has been great so far. My email query was responded to promptly and the answer fully explained.

Trent was very helpful and understanding. Helped me understand the difference between plans.

Reeve was very fast in helping me in my request to skip direct debit due to the credit balance in my account. I was thinking of skipping one but he rightly suggested 3 skips due to the high credit balance. I am happy with his initiative.

Have not met a nicer agent from any company I have called; Trent was not only friendly and patient with me, he was very knowledgeable with the products and services OVO provides. I recently moved and was keen to stay with Ovo as their prices provided were affordable and their service and support had always been punctual and consistent. There were complications with supplying power to my new address due to land sub-divisions, but the moment issues arose the team at Ovo immediately reached out to me to talk me through the current plans and ongoing setup needed to make sure I was able to continue to work with them as my power provider. They went above and beyond, emailing and then calling me personally within hours of issues presenting themselves, providing jovial and friendly support to make the transition to my new home easy and efficient. In particular I want to thank Rachel for getting on to the problems early, and to Jason for being so kind and friendly to me over the phone, as well as informative and educational. Ovo got my power on within a day, helped me get the best possible deal for my energy bill, and left me smiling after a conversation with them about my power bill. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Trent was a top bloke. Went above and beyond; enlisting 4 others to fight the good fight with him (many thanks to them also). Even though nothing came of it in the end, I still appreciate the insane lengths to which Trent went in to bat for me. I hope that Trent at least gets a six-pack out of this, however if it was up to me it'd be a whole carton, pay raise, promotion and a company car. I wholeheartedly believe that, if every customer service call had someone like Trent on the other end of the line, Australia --if not the world-- would be a better place. Thanks again Trent & Co!

I had a billing issue and Trent from customer service was fantastic to deal with. He sorted everything out via the chat app and then gave me a quick call to sort the payment over the phone. He was a pleasure to deal with. Too many people complain about bad service these days without recognising when they get great service - today's chat and call quickly resolved the problem, much appreciated.

My experience with OVO's customer service has been really good. I had contacted them on two separate occasions. They were very prompt and helpful. The wait times were extremely low as well which is a plus.
