The order was placed on the 22nd November with a delivery date of 25th November given. When my goods still hadn’t arrived around the 10th December I contacted customer service to be told that their shipment had been delayed and the stock was not yet with them this is despite being charged in full when placing the order. When they did contact me again around the 18th December it was to say not all the goods I’d ordered had been received so I had to change the colour of my weighted blanket. When the delivery arrived on the 23rd December the box was damaged and I was missing 2 of the 3 items ordered. Of course this was now far too late in the month sort the problem and receive the Christmas present in time. Seriously underwhelmed with this company.

Mattress is amazing and delivery on time. We were kept well informed every step of the way. Would highly recommend

These mattresses are just too thick. Even the special sheets don't stay on properly, and it looks awful.

After a fair amount of research I stumbled across Owl and Lark. It is quite simply the best mattress I’ve ever had the pleasure of sleeping on, I look forward to going to bed every night. I’ve since bought all the bedding too which is beautiful. I love the gold owl buttons.

*Aside from the best sleep I’ve ever had, I was able to get a King size up a narrow winding staircase as it comes flat packed.

*The presentation of the product is beautiful!

*The natural materials of the mattress keep you cool in summer and just right in the winter.

*Considering the craftsmanship that goes into the making of these mattresses and comfort! I feel the price is appropriate. They also do some great sales.

I love the eye mask. It fits perfectly around my eyes and over my nose and it blocks out light completely. It’s very comfortable too, and it doesn’t slip when I move. I’d highly recommend it.

The weighted blanket is amazing! It does what a weighted blanket is meant to do - calm your nervous system. I like that it has a quilted/silky finish rather than a blanket/knitted finish. It makes it more comfortable to use at night and means I don’t overheat.

My whole expertise with O+L was very positive. My products were dispatched and delivered within two days, the packing was spectacular- the attention to detail is incredible. The blanket arrived in a bag that looks like a gym bag and can withstand the weight of the blanket so can be repurposed. The eye mask was very well presented too - it looked like it had been gift wrapped and I love that it comes with a storage case. I’d definitely use O+L again. Fab company!

The bed is truly wonderful; plush, supportive, and built to last. Which at the price I hope it will!

Slightly let down by the service: bed arrived long before the welcome box (which had the instructions and cutter to open the bed…), part of the order was forgotten completely until I raised it (bed sheets), and part of the decorative thread work on the top of the mattress was loose. At the luxury end of the market, I’d expect the service to match the product.

After a slight mix up with my order, I was extremely impressed with the speed to sort out the issue! We have the whole range of Owl & Lark products & can not fault the excellent quality of goods & customer service! A pleasure to deal with!

Have to say the bed is great had it 2 months and it is lovely to sleep on.

Now the downside, ordered in July and told delivery for August. Mattress arrived 8th September. I don't want to wait 10 weeks sorry, further to this there was no stock for fitted sheet, I had to purchase elsewhere. You really need to sort this out. Very good product but below average customer care.

Great mattress - super comfy - only downside is finding sheets deep enough to fit on it.

The whole process of getting our Owl & Lark mattress was just exceptional. Ordering was easy, we received a wonderful little welcome box and the mattress arrived exactly when we were told it would. And what a mattress! Its absolutely fantastic. Beautifully made and so, so comfortable. After spending ages looking at the different mattresses from different companies, I certainly made the right choice.

This is such a comfy mattress. Amazingly supportive with the perfect firmness. Two years on and my wife and I still regularly tell each other how much we love the bed. Sad, i know! But a good night's sleep is so important and this mattress definitely helps with that.

We have two O+L double mattresses. V good quality and look fantastic, shame to hide them under the bedding! We’ve been sleeping soundly on one of them for more than a year, and guests using the other one say the same. Would recommend highly

In all the years of having our O&L mattress, we have not had any regrets. Each night is like sleeping on a new mattress. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we so miss our O&L sleep, So Please hotels, could you purchase O&L mattresses? We also have the O&L bedlinen And my, does that take sleep experience to the next level. Thank You O&L.

I received the BEST eye mask as a gift from Owl and Lark. I looked up the price and would definitely pay this if not more for this product as it’s so luxurious. Not only is it so soft and silky but it blocks out all the light in my bedroom (it’s going to be great for travel too).
Run don’t walk to get this!!

I bought a lovely weighted blanket from Owl+Lark and was absolutely impressed with the quality. Pricier than competitors but amazing feel and quality. I have not washed the cover yet, and I am hoping that soft feeling will not be altered

This is an acne game-changer.
I have had pretty bad acne on my cheeks for my entire life. And now my cheeks are totally clear. I can't believe that it was my pillow giving me years of acne this entire time. I am mindblown.

I was really looking forward to receiving my Owl & Lark mattress, it wasn’t a rush decision to buy I took my time and read all the reviews. The mattress arrived and we had to get it upstairs as the men were unable to as I had some unplanned work being done on the house. The kingsize mattress is very heavy it was even ripping the handles on the carry bag. Mattress on the bed and it started expanding straight away. The first couple of nights were comfortable as I felt myself sinking into the mattress but I now know at that time it was still expanding. Since then I have found the mattress to be too firm for me I do like the height and that I don’t roll to the edge any more like on my old foam mattress. I found my sleep was disturbed due to aching hips and shoulders as I’m a side sleeper. I tried it for a couple of weeks, my husband said it was fine but he’d sleep anywhere after a day at work. I’ve decided to keep the mattress as too much hassle to return and I gave my old one away with my topper. I’ve just bought another memory foam topper to put back on top of the mattress and now I’m happy. Please just bear in mind one mattress doesn’t suit everyone!

The mattress is extremely comfortable and the service and delivery were smoothly delivered.

I bought my Owl + Lark 2.5 years ago. It replaced a £6k traditional mattress that i hated. (Twin singles zipped together)

2.5 years later my Owl + Lark superking is still as good as day one (apart from my coffee stains). This is despite us regularly being in bed at 8:30-9:00 and watching TV and getting up at 7:30. So 11 hours every day.

It took me two months to get used too it and in that period i had some aches but once my body realised it could relax and it would be supported i have never looked back. I have two prolapse discs so mattress selection is important to me.

They are clearly not ‘cheap’ but for me they represent remarkably good value.

I would recommend Owl + Lark to anyone who asked.
