Fabulous mattress . Beautifully made . Excellent customer care
Extremely comfortable but a little too firm for me . That’s a personal choice . I won’t change it as it’s still lovely and the sheets are pure luxury .

Bed is comfortable - delivery service was efficient. We had a small issue which was quickly resolved.

I received the silk eye mask as a Christmas gift! It is the most comfortable mask I have ever worn and I barely noticed it on my face! Once more my partner could even have the main light on, and no light seeps through the sides. It also came in the most beautiful packaging, I’m very happy 😃

So I pre-ordered my mattress back in October at £1800 and without even asking me they refunded £300 to give me the Black Friday price!
The mattress arrived and first night on it I slept through my alarm and was late for work, so be warned, there are consequences to owning Owl and Lark!

All of their products are truly exceptional quality, matched only by their customer service which I cant praise enough. The small touches like the welcome box were a pleasant surprise.

The packaging of items and their luxury feel are an Instagrammer and dreamers dream.

Nothing but positive feelings for this company.

Bought the Owl & Lark matress which was delivered around 5 days ago. The quality of this matress is just superb. Tried Tempur, Emma & even Simba, all of them have been sent back. This is the most comfortable, luxurious mattress I have ever slept on. After weeks of researching premium mattresses, I finally decided to try Owl & Lark. So so happy with my purchase and I saved a lot of money in the black friday sale. Excellent delivery, unpacking and customer service. Don't hesitate in deciding to purchase their matress it's second to none, you won't be disappointed.

From ordering to delivery , service was fantastic . Hafiz was most helpful, offering alternative pillowcases as the ones I’d chosen were unavailable…….. communicating throughout. It feels a very personal service . The bed linen itself is beautiful, so silky soft and worth the price , all packaged in lovely boxes , which can be reused especially with Xmas so close 😍 Fast efficient and professional service , I’m so happy with the whole experience.

Early August I bought a mattress. Service all very efficient, quick and helpful. It's taken a few weeks for the mattress to settle and it's now getting more and more comfy. 😴 I hoped it would help my dodgy hips that hurt daily and waking up lots. It has significantly done just that so I'm well pleased. Also sleeping longer and better quality. High hopes were met ( I've wasted money on 4 previous ones over the last 2 years so I'm really grateful and pleased). So I'm defo keeping this lovely 😍 one.
I have also got the sheets and duvet etc., lovely surprise so beautiful soft and silky at the same time. I was very impressed with the quality and luxury of the packaging so special made me smile out loud! My great granddaughter wants some now. The only difficulty for me is the mattress is just far to heavy for me to turn or lift, but all OK cos I called on family who quickly helped. It was important to follow the turning instructions ...its now very comfy all over.
Really good experience and I would highly recommend this firm and their products excellent quality. (Note I did return the weighted blanket cos it was far too heavy for me. No problems at all with the return of the goods or a refund) again excellent all round 5 stars well earned. Well done Owl and Lark most impressive.

Really fabulous bedding and I love the little ribbons in the corner to secure the duvet. Nice touch with the lovely studs rather than buttons. Beautiful

Incredibly soft sheets. Always smell good and wash very well. Very satisfied with the quality and ordered my second set already. Highly recommend them

Prompt delivery. Fitted sheet feels wonderful but haven't slept on it yet due to waiting for the mattress which is arriving in 2 days.

Love this mask!! Honestly the material is so soft it feels like I’m not even wearing anything over my eyes. The last mask I had was so uncomfortable — felt so tight and I’d wake up in the middle of the night bc it was annoying feeling like I was wearing sthg. This one has so much space it feels like my eyes can breathe!!! You gotta try it!!

Either slips off or leaves marks on your face
